I was looking for a good quality with reasonable price hood for my new kitchen. I am happy with the purchase.

Moving from a microwave vent to this hood is amazing Cannot believe how quickly it clears the air.

Bought this a few weeks ago. The permanent stainless steel grates look awesome. Fan speeds are great. Installation was a challenge but my contractor was able to make it work.

I replaced under cabinet microwave and install Cosmo range hood. I’m happy with my purchase but I don’t understand why it’s makes cranky sounds when fans stop.

Bought this vent from Home Depot. It is quite heavy so you'll need two people for the installation. I am pleased with the overall quality although the 8" round duct is not we normally have here (6" in US) but my handyman was able to get around it.

So lucky to have found this brand! Cosmo is everything that we expected it to be. Now our kitchen doesn't smell bad when cooking. With this powerful hood. It's like we have a professional kitchen now. I would definitely recommend this!

Pros, it’s quiet, powerful extends out almost to the full length of the stove. The light is bright and functional. It’s an attractive piece of hardware and appears well made. It gets the job done. Cons, it’s heavy. Very heavy. Installation was brutal. It arrives with the vent flap installed backwards and I had to remove and reinstall it correctly. And it is MUCH thicker than it appears in the photograph. It will Eat up a LOT of cooking space. I probably should have paid more attention to the height portion of the dimensions instead of going by the photo alone.

This range hood has made a vast improvement in our house allowing all of the fumes from good Chinese cooking to be vented outside. Now, when my wife returns home she can smell dinner on the way up the driveway. Even on low setting it sucks up most everything. There are 4 levels for the fan and I have not had to go above 2 in order to vent all fumes off the range. Also, we are surprised that it is as quiet as it is. That is not to say it is quiet, but we were expecting it to be louder, so are quite happy with the current sound levels.

I am happy that it is so powerful to suck all fried oil and cooking aroma from the open kitchen

Excellent choice for heavy cooking. It looks perfect and for our kitchen. I like the timer to stop the fan. Remote is added advantage. Totally worthy product for our kitchen. I highly recommend.

I received the range hood November 30th. Finished installing it on Dec 8th. I had to purchased 2 additional duct clamps - unit only came with one duct clamp and it was defective. I had Corian back that I had to drill though and used flip toggle anchors for back wall stalled. The template provided is good start - just make sure double check measurement before drilling. (Corian wall) The unit is heavy - require 2 people in addition to cabinet jacks. The remote has to be next to the range to work - like within 1” os the wireless symbol. Basically useless. Other than that - I do like the CFM ranges and looks nice and everything works well.

This cosmo range hood is good.I bought it from Home Depot online it’s on the heavy side to install me and husband did it it looks really good in our kitchen the only thing is it’s loud on the first speed but it’s manageable I am happy with my purchase.

this is a very strong hood range but it is incredibly loud. the light is bright and can see everything and then some. havent tried to clean it yet, but it looks very easy to do so. the clock doesn't seem to track time very well but its not a big deal.

I bought this rangehood as part of my kitchen remodeling. Installation was done by contractor. Seems it was easy to install. It says no filter replacement is required which is nice. It looks elegant and touch controls are smooth.

I just bought last week and have to install it ready for ThanksGiving party. We tried the last couple days, a little noisy but works fine with the purchase price.

I bought this recently, and I remember how easy it was to install! With a few days of using it, I can confidently say that I am not worried about it breaking anytime soon, that is how good it is built. Fans are mildly loud, but drastically reduces the smoke.

Such power and design all flawlessly incorporated in one product!! Amazingly quite for having such power! Of the 4 levels available I will rarely use more than level 2. Installed in my food truck!

We have been thinking about replacing our over the stove microwave with a straight range hood for about 2 years. I thought about buying a cheaper hood, but I am so glad I decided to buy the Cosmo. Not only does the powerful fan do a great job of vent steam, it looks amazing.

We bought it in March and just got it installed. It works so well and very quickly. It is a bit loud but you don’t need it on long to do the job. It looks beautiful!

Bought this to replace an old unit with a weaker fan. The cosmo moves air well and looks nice. It’s a bit louder than my previous Broan unit, but that’s to be expected considering the CFM difference. But what’s the deal with the clock only being in 24 hour time? How difficult to make it switchable. Not a deal breaker at all, just weird. Otherwise the unit is exactly as expected.
