We purchased an extended warranty for this unit as were planning to stick with it for a long time. 6 months now of using it and there were no issues showed up with this unit. Temperatures are still stable when set and it still looks beautiful like day 1!

It is indeed a beautiful wine fridge. Design wise, it disguises itself as a very expensive wine fridge but its really affordable. We're very happy with its overall design. Performance, it works as advertised. Temps are stable and shelves can easily be accessed.

Like other review ours shuts off on its own about every 10-12 days. We travel a lot so this is bad.

I haven't got any complains with the unit. it works pretty well and so far, the temperature is pretty much stable with it. Love the wood shelves as well, it makes it look expensive for a single zone unit. This is by far a great replacement for my old wine fridge. Size was also considerably good. Its sleek and heavy duty built. We're happy with it.

Well built, and looks really aesthetic. Unit works as advertised, I find it affordable as well compared to other brands out there, never heard that cosmo makes wine coolers previously, only heard them with their range hood products. I'll update this review in case something happens but so far, unit works perfectly.

Love this wine cooler! Very attractive. Cools extremely well. Shelves are adjustable and easily roll out all the way so easy access to wines. Slats allow for different sized bottles. Very quiet. Highly recommend.

Well, it works pretty normal. It's comparatively priced affordable compared to other single zone units I've been wanting to buy. The reason I bought it as also due to that reason plus the features and parts included in it looks really beautiful. We got it after 2 weeks and was unpacked very safely. We then had it installed by our contractor and so far, they work as advertsied. I can also put multiple wines in it, shelves are also nicely designed. This is a good buy for a single zone wine fridge.

Definitely I DO NOT recommend this product nor any COSMO product because its customer care service. The wine cooler turns off on its own each 10 or 11 days, it happens from the beginning. I have sent several e-mails and made a lot of phone calls to the company and the issue was not fixed yet. No one answers the phone, you have to leave a message and they luckily call back 48hs later. The response time is unacceptable.

Excellent cooler but will not accommodate a magnum?? Otherwise it is decorative, functional and pretty consistent on temp.

Had my unit for three months.It shut off completely like clock work,every seven days.The Eco setting did not work,In fact none of the customer service employee's could tell me what it was suppose to do.They could tell me what it's function is on a Whirlpool wine cooler and they assumed it served the same purpose on the Cosmo.long story short. After looking for a repair person to service the unit for three week's, without success they made me a deal I quickly refused."Put it on a pallet and ship it back at my expense,blah-blah-blah"I got rid of it pronto ( had Home Depot pick it up).I wouldn't have another Cosmo wine cooler if they gave it to me for free!

Beautiful fridge! Easy to access all of the bottles. I love that you can put other beverages on the bottom if you want/need. Great quality.

Very nice wine cooler. We like the features including the full-out sliding shelves.

Seems to operate up to expectations. When assembling the bottom front grill onto the unit, the screw hole was difficult to reach since it was directly below the lock base assembly. The window display board can only be viewed when the door is opened. Would have preferred to have an outside display.

It has a large dent in the side of it. It still works but disappointing.

Very nice fridge. Looks great, and works quickly. We were tempted to go with a cheaper option, but after reading reviews we decided to go for something better. This is definitely better. The lights look great, the racks are solid, and the unit fits perfectly under the counter. Love it so far!

Very stylish and met our needs perfect. Temperature control has been good and no issues with Pinot noir or champagne bottles.

Beautiful wine fridge. It is being used free-standing now until I can have it installed under the counter in the kitchen. Very satisfied with the product.

We are pleased with our first real wine cooler. We bought this for our red wines and are happy how the right temperature makes our red wines more enjoyable. The first one we ordered had an electrical issue so it actually wouldn't turn on or if it did didn't stay on. Home Depot and Cosmo were very helpful in picking up to return and received this replacement. We highly recommend Home Depot and this brand Cosmo for the quality, price and the customer service that in the end met our expectations.

The Cosmo 48-Bottle Stainless Steel (Silver) 24 in. Single Zone Compressor Wine Cooler is an excellent cooler. It is Quiet, MUCH quieter than my Venotemp Cooler that I replaced, The telescoping roller drawers extend all the way out, for smooth easy access to the back wines, The 7 bottles per shelf, rather than the usual 8, make larger diameter bottles fit with ease, The 6 shelves of 7 bottles, plus the bottom compartment that holds 6 or more bottles makes for a 48 bottle plus capacity, rather than the usual 46 in 5 drawers of 8 plus 6 at the bottom. The wooden shelves with beveled rails fit the bottles perfectly, with a classy wood touch. The overall quality of the fit and finish is superior, The quality is comparable to units twice the price.
