Plant was frozen, the soil was frozen' even the replacement was the same frozen. I request credit for my account.

I was so, SO excited when my fiddle leaf fig arrived. It shipped quickly and arrived in a fairly sturdy box. On first look, it was beautiful. However, a closer look revealed many, many little brown spots all over the leaves. I realized that the plant had suffered some pretty nasty freeze damage during transit. In the days that followed, I feared that the plant would die, but with a lot of internet research and TLC, she's doing OK a month later. There are a few tiny signs of new growth, but she's still quite ugly. See my photos for reference. I might buy another one from HD, but definitely not during winter months. Here in E. Texas, we rarely have severe winter weather, but my fiddle leaf fig was shipped during one of the hardest freezes of the year. I would have happily waited a week or more for a healthy plant.

The plant came packaged and secured in a tall box. Luckily all but one small leaf made it through the transport, and there was a minimal amount of dirt that spilled out. Two weeks later the plant is doing wonderfully and new leaves are opening up! I can't wait to see this plant grow more.

I bought two of these trees. The box was all crushed and soil was all over the place when they arrived at my door. I was worried that the trees were damaged badly during transport, but once I repotted and watered them, the trees perked up. On one of them there's a bad dent on the plastic pot it originally came in, but I got a nice planter to hide it. The care label says it need bright filtered sun. I've had them for little over two weeks now in my living room and with medium light (little bit of morning sun) it seems to be okay so far. There's two trees in each pot so I am not sure how well they'll do in a long run. Overall I am very happy with this purchase. Highly recommended.

Arrived VERY quickly and was in great shape upon arrival. The plant is beautiful and including the pot, stands about 2.5 feet tall (much bigger than stated!). Such a great price, too! Very pleased!

With the exception of a couple small broken leaves and some displaced soil, this plant arrived looking very healthy just several days after online ordering. I am very pleased and would not hesitate ordering a plant online again~

I ordered the the plants online and had them delivered to my local Home Depot. The delivery came quickly and the store pick up area was well displayed. The service desk representative was friendly and left me with a nice experience. I was disappointed at the quality and health of the plants that I received. If I was shopping at a Nursery or Greenhouse I would have never bought these particular Figs as they looked uncared for and have many spots of decay. I will use the store pick up feature in the future, but will look elsewhere for live plants.

I looked everywhere online for the fiddle leaf fig. I could only find young tiny plants that were overpriced. I wanted two established plants that were a decent size. These arrived packaged safe and sound. The plants exceeded my expectations and are beautiful. The price was very impressive as well, as these are typically a more expensive plant. I would definitely order again in the future.

Received in good condition though a bit dried out…watered immediately! Nice shaped leafs, tall, about 1 1/2’, healthy plant!

The plant was well secured within the package and only a small amount of soil had shifted. There was no damage to any of the leaves or stems. Unpacking the plant was easy. The quality was better than I expected. The plant size was larger than I expected. The plant is actively growing adding new shoots. I would order another plant from this company again.

Plant looks damaged - brown leaves and root bound. Not worth the price I paid for it. Had to return at the store.

I was really surprised when I received this plant. It was really well packed and in wonderful condition. The leaves were clean and full of disease. The package was robust and it was delivered as expected.
