I love my plant. It came well packaged. It's been about a month since I recieved my plant and it's still doing good.

I was disappointed in this plant. There are so many brown spots and marks all over the leaves. One long primary leaf is so brown at the end! I would never pick this one out in a store, but since I ordered online, I took a chance. I went to a competitor store and saw how great their mass canes looked. No brown leaves, or marks or bends in the leaves. I wish I had bought this plant from them instead.

This is a beautiful accent to our room. The leaves have new chutes and it is very healthy. The picture does not do it justice when ordering and we never thought we could get a plant shipped to us in such good shape. The plant stands about 44" tall plus the base of 9", total 53". The width, after setting out for a week is about 40" wide. It really stands out.

When this arrived, I was surprised it was so large and full. Wrapped well in brown paper to protect it, and keep the dirt in, it arrived in perfect condition. The fronds are large and beautiful. The color is vibrant and there are no brown or yellow areas on them. It comes in a plain black nursery pot full of a nice, rich potting soil, but you will need to put it into a larger, heavier pot if you have it outdoors like I do for the summer. Just don't put it anywhere in the direct sun. My porch is shaded all the time by a roof, but it has bright light which is perfect for these palms. I put it into a larger white nursery pot with some small rocks in it, because it was a little top heavy and blew over. Good, healthy plant with strong stems. I took the 3 photos with a yard stick for the front and back, so you can see how large and full this plant is from different angles. And a photo of the base of the plant to see how strong and healthy the stems are. It looks beautiful.

This is a splendid plant! It came well packaged and in excellent shape. I am so impressed at how tall it is. It arrived very healthy with some oily green leaves. These plants are excellent to upgrade any entrance. Those are low maintenance as well as they only require to be watered once a week. Overall, wonderful plant, you will not be disappointed.

This Mass Cane plant is beautiful! It arrived very full and healthy; very well packed. I love how the branches are so full. It takes up a corner very well and adds so much to a room. They sent a care sheet with it so that I know how to care for it, how much sun and water it needs, etc. I highly recommend this Mass Cane plant! We replanted it in a larger pot to decorate our screened in porch. It looks gorgeous there.

The only reason I purchased this plant because of the White Decor Pot, it's very disappointing to wait for your order and then don't receive what you actually order. I had to put the plant in a bowl that I had big enough to cover the bottom.

This plant has exceeded my expectations. There was no cream pot and it came in a black, bent up temporary holder, which makes the plant lean. Now I need to learn how to repot and take care of this plant.

I’ve never ordered a plant online before but I’m completely thrilled with this purchase. Due to the “stay at home” order I thought I’d give it a try and couldn’t be happier. It was well packaged and arrived in wonderful condition.

Despite there being soil all over the place when opening this box, and the cream pot not what I expected... I still love this plant. Have been wanting one for a long time and figured during lockdown was the perfect time to treat myself. This plant has a tendency to make any room feel cozy.

This is the second time I ordered 2 canes. Last year the first two were diseased, but Costa replaced them with healthy ones. This time the first two were rubbery (see picture). Costa replaced them wirh four (?!?) diseased ones. Three were beyond saving, one of them I trimmed, watered and set up. It looks quite measely. I cannot recommend Costa Farms. They do not appear to have any quality assurance to prevent the sale of diseased plants, and they do not temperature protect their plants adequately when they send them out.

This plant just arrived and it is absolutely beautiful! I didn't want to visit the local store due to "stay at home" orders, and I'm glad I ordered online instead. The plant that arrived was better looking than anything I've seen in store. It was so well packaged that I didn't see any damage. Don't hesitate to order from this grower. Their quality is truly top-notch.

My living room was kind of barren and i wanted to put some plants in the corner so i drove to home depot and picked out this beauty! Based on the reviews id guess dont get it shipped to you but my front room is my favorite now, smells fresh, looks homey and the plant is very easy to take care of! Just a coffee cup of water twice a week! Shes going strong after months of care at home!

The cardboard box was slightly dented from traveling, but the plant arrived in great shape! I was disappointed that it was not in the decor pot, but it took me less than 5 minutes to call Home Depot and have things straightened out. I have never ordered a plant online, so I was surprised with how healthy and full it was!

When my plants arrived last month, they were beautiful but they had mounds of dirt in between the center of the leaves. I tried to brush them out but they were in the center, the heart of all the leaves. Now the leaves are turning yellow and brown on the tips and in certain other areas of the leaves. Don't know if I'm not watering enough or over watering. Or, if the dirt in the center of all the leaves is the issue.

Beautiful plant. Showed up in excellent condition, great packaging. Would totally feel comfortable ordering more flora via mail.

Is just perfect I love it

I purchased the mass cane about a month ago. It came wrapped in brown paper. The dirt was tossed around a little but everything arrived okay. I waited a few days before repotting it. There is new growth on the leaves and the color is vibrant. Attached you will see it when it first arrived and then a 30 days later photo. All in all I am pleased with my purchase.

Not only did both trunks only have leaves growing out of one side, but the bigger ones leaves are all brown and wilted like it's going to die soon. Huge disappointment....it didn't ship when it was too cold out and it shipped fast...so I have to believe this is actually the product they decided to send. What a waste of money!

Order this plant twice each time they arrived dead.

looks like a little palm tree. Little maintenance, spray the leaves and water a little once a week.

unfortunately mine came dying and 5 days later it's pretty much dead see the photo

I ordered plants on line after reading the good reviews and out of convenience to myself. This plant came in with all the leaves in the bottom of the box (well except for two that fell off within three days). I repotted it as soon as they came in and have taken good care of all of them. Out of five plants ordered only one may survive. I strongly discourage ordering plants online, no matter how convenient it is.

I ordered 3 Delray Mass Cane plants and they were all dead on arrival. See pictures below. I would like either a return of my money for those 3 plants (I ordered other plants as well and they were alve and well), or would be willing to try another delivery.

I bought two Mass Canes last April 2012...I'm about ready to prune it back so it can form new heads...one has done better than the other as far as growth...but to all of you saying it died within days of taking it home...DON'T BLAME HOME DEPOT...stop watering it every day, don't use water fresh out the tap, down place in direct sun or it WILL LOSE IT'S LEAVES...it can go a month if soaked when watered and not allowed to sit in standing water....try again YOU CAN DO IT..

Nice looking tree. Good price. Tree came in with brown spots on leaves though. Had to prune tree of leaves that were going bad. Hoping this tree pulls through. After one month, it looks to be recovering well!

Our family is quite busy with two children under four and one on the way. We bought our massangeana cane plant two and a half years ago and often forget to water it but the plant has thrived in the corner of our kitchen nonetheless. The plant is very low maintenance. We did transfer it to a larger pot at the time we bought it (Home Depot staff did this for us - they were very helpful). It has grown quite a bit and just last month grew a white flower, which just blossomed and released its wonderful, tiger lily-like fragrance this week. It not only smells like a lily, but the smell is strong and permeates the kitchen despite the "competing smells" that a kitchen can have. My only wish is that it would flower and bloom more regularly, at least once a year would be nice. We hadn't expected it to flower at all - I've never seen this plant flower before in other places I've viewed it (most often I have seen the plant in an office building somewhere), so we feel blessed to have it. (In the picture, the white flower is in the lower right quadrant of the plant.)
