We found the cabinets to be exceptionally crafted. My cabinet installer was very impressed with quality of the cabinets. Lastly my wife is very happy!!

Remodel and love the look. Was told the cabinets would ship a certain date and they never did. Got pushed way back. Ended up calling 2 times a week to try to figure out what the deal was. Ended up waiting 6 months

I'm redoing my kitchen and ordered :custom cabinets" through The Home Depot. The cabinets are available ONLY in standard sizes, which put all other measurements off by a foot. Plumbing had to be moved twice...at my expense. Cabinets are not and CANNOT be placed exactly where and how I want them. Unfortunately I do not have the bandwidth or the time to start this process over with truly custom cabinets. Never again Home Depot!

We put a kitchen in the downstairs of our new split level home. The blue Thomasville cabinets were perfect. Very sturdy, handsome and functional. THE PROBLEM: our order took ten months to arrive and had MANY small dings on the surface. As the cabinets are a beautiful blue, the dings were very obvious. Lots of touch-up was needed. Not what I expected from high end, costly cabinets. Was no one doing quality check before shipping?

Remodeled kitchen and we purchased thomasville cabinets. I am happy with the overall look but we have had these installed for 2 months and the paint is already chipping and the cabinets are cracking. Not the best quality for the money. The price of the cabinets were pretty expensive and I thought the quality would be a lot better. It took 8 months for us to get our cabinets ordered and delivered as well.

Very happy with the quality of the insides of our cabinets. Nice maple, and enjoyed all the options that were available. But we had significant issues with quality control on the outsides. We had to have several doors/drawer fronts replaced because of dings, dents, and scrapes - most of which we could tell were visible before being shipped. We had to have our toe kick boards sent 3 times because they kept sticking them together before the paint dried, causing the paint to tear when we pried the boards apart. And the cotton color changed slightly between our original order and reorders, enough that you could see the difference when side-by-side. And we're starting to see the seams of where boards were pressed together to form the shaker style. Only positive was they never questioned our submitted issues and always sent a replacement. Seems like if they invest in better QA/QC processes, they could save a lot of money.

Although it took longer than expected, they’re as wonderful as I had hoped! VERY happy!!!!

We completely remodeled our kitchen this past year and ordered our cabinets from Home Depot. The quality of the MDF cabinets is lacking. Door hinges are not strong enough to hold some cabinets. Several were assembled incorrectly and had to be replaced. Several had damage under the paint of the cabinet which was quite obvious. The smaller cabinets we ordered came with incorrect size shelf pegs, and some cabinet doors have obvious warp now. Very disappointed II the cabinets.

8 years ago I bought the cottage cabinets from MB at the HD to install in the kitchen. @ colors, same shaker style. Been very happy although one (tall) pantry cabinet door has warped. Not outrageous, but it doesn't close evenly like the other side. When I decided to complete the other half of the kitchen, I went back to HD to buy the same cabinet. They weren't selling MasterBrand at this Depot any more, but they allowed the designer access to the system to order matching etc. The product quality (all plywood) was good as expected, the look was same as before, naturally, a significant upgrade over the junk that it was replacing and the cost was (I felt) a good "buy" considering the quality etc. They gave me 2 replacement doors to correct small defect and sent a touchup kit. Timing for manufacturing and delivery was impacted by Covid and related supply chain issues. No complaints whatsoever. Bottom line..............Thomasville is a marketing icon, MasterBrands is the manufacturer. I'd recommend them or rebuy in a heartbeat.

We like the cabinets quality and look. The only issue is the cabinets that go from floor to ceiling open the wrong way. We looked back at the design and they were designed correctly.

Love the finish. Had a couple damaged cabinets upon delivery. Replaced, but was inconvenient.

Our kitchen remodel is complete and we cannot be more happy with our cabinets. They are so rich looking and are so we’ll made. We’ve had lots of compliments from friends and family about them.

We are almost done with our kitchen redo. Everything was installed and it came out beautiful, however we had a problem with one of the cabinet glides it is not shutting smoothly. Our the home depot contractor said he would be ordering one. I hope it does not take long to receive.

I am upgrading an old kitchen and these cabinets fit my budget

I spent a lot on these cabinets and they are nice but I wouldn't say amazing. The hardware seems average and running tracks seems like they may break in a few years. The cabinets themselves are nice.

We remodeled our kitchen about 18 years ago and installed Thomasville cabinets. We've been so happy with them that we didn't look further when we remodeled our bathroom. We're very happy with them. The hinges and soft-close doors and drawers are wonderful. We had no issues on installation. (Well, except for one door that had some stain flaws, but it was replaced with no problem.) The drawers are well-built and the cabinets look great.

We remodeled our 30 year old kitchen using Thomasville cabinetry. The cabinets look great. It was a bit of a struggle to get some replacement pieces and our project is not quite complete but I know it’s going to look fabulous when done.

Remodeled the kitchen. Very impressed with quality and customer service. Happy that we got the pull-out shelves and the 15inch deep upper cabinets.

The look of the cabinets is good. I have several doors that would close when delivered. Wrong dimensions on two pieces. One is 27” and was supposed to be 24” and a very expensive pantry is 37.5” which is supposed to be 36”. Overall poor quality/craftsmanship.

Remodeled kitchen and bought Thomasville cabinets throughout. Overall impressi ok n of the cabinets so far is that they are cheaply manufactured. They just don't feel like a solid cabinet. The attention to detail on the cabinets was horrible. Once the cabinets were installed, we hd to reorder 7 doors/drawer fronts due to issues with the paint. (Primer showing through, bubbles in the paint, some kind of residue on the doors that wouldn't come off). 2 of these replacements also needed to be reordere for the same issue. Then we needed to order a couple of doors a slightly smaller size not due to anything with Thomasville. And one of those came with a paint issue. I understand that issues happen, but I'd think on the reorders they would make extra sure of the paint quality. My higher rating for he look of the product is based on final installed appearance after all issues were addressed.

Although some of them came damaged in shipping, Thomasville was quick to replace those pieces. They turned out to be wonderful.

Covid delayed delivery but it was worth the wait. Professionally packed into protective cartons each and every piece was in perfect condition. Then, once installed they flawlessly fit together and made my new kitchen "pop" with brilliant color and uniformity.

The cabinets are gorgeous! The delivery was earlier than expected. I am extremely happy with them. I do have one cabinet (the trash/recycle) that the door is a little off and doesn't close flush. The bottom wasn't locked in properly so had to do some adjustments.

I LOVE the rustic alder and over all I really like the cabinets, however there are two negatives: 1) My cabinet guy had to get very creative when installing the sink base and preparing it for the new farmhouse sink mainly because it did not come ready for the sink. He had to do A LOT of work and had to modify the cabinet to make it work. I nearly regretted my choice. I assumed {and we know the danger in that} that the sink base would be specifically for a farmhouse sink --- it wasn't. It looks great now, but that is because he worked over time to make it that way. The people who sell this particular line need to be educated about this or maybe there needs to be a cabinet available that is ready for a farmhouse sink. 2) The screws that hold the doors to the cabinets are too short and do not hold the doors securely enough.

My cottage grey cabinets are beautiful! My Thomasville designer was amazing, even after the install. He thought of everything and was on point. I highly recommend Thomasville and Ervin McCoy!!

The cherry cabinet color is beautiful, but the underside of the cabinets isn't finished so it's the very light color. Therefore sitting at the table they unfinished underside glares in your face vs the dark cabinets. Also received numerous replacement doors because they arrived warped. Each cabinet has "trim" on the edges so they don't fit beside one another. Very disappointed.

A few broken cabinet bases, most likely due to the delivery company. Reordering was easy through HD. Great option for paint vs stained cabinets. Ordered black lowers and white uppers. Looks great, but a few doors are slightly off on hinge placement (maxed out on adjustments). Only received touch up kit for black and none for the white. Overall, not bad for 2020, much better quality than what was installed by the builder 3 yrs ago (new build). Would always recommend Thomasville Cabinetry! Only company I use in design and construction.
