Purchased February 2023. For several months the mirror has been eroding behind the glass. Disheartening and embarrassing to walk into our new bathroom and see an item showing this level of quality issue. Thoughts: Croydex - design more durable products that can withstand the environment they are meant for. Home Depot - be selective with the brands you sell. Both - stop scamming people out of money with your poor quality products that will end up polluting a landfill after two years of use.

Very nice cabinet but I increased the size of the sheetrock mounts as they are to small to support that much weight. Instructions need improvement. Put all languages in separate sections so you don't have to sort through each part for the english. Also needs better explanations of the different mounting options. Easy mount when I found a video online.

Quality product that is just as described, but had to rate it four stars for the following reasons: I wish it were 2 sections rather than 3 because storage in each of the three compartments is 8.75" wide by 3.5" deep. A regular sized tube of toothpaste is almost 8" so it won't fit a larger size. It would also be better if there were more holes inside the cabinet to adjust the placement of shelves. And finally they need to provide a piece of glass for each of the bottom shelves, otherwise you're storing bathroom items on aluminum which shows every little Mark and is difficult to clean.

The hang and lock system is a fantastic idea. Instructions need to be read carefully as illustrations slightly small. If installing more than one cabinet as I did make sure you mount both templates at same time and level. Very difficult to align evenly if you don't. Hardware is adequate but unless you are mounting to a thicker drywall you may have to shim up the mounting screws as I did when mounting to eighth inch paneling walls in my modular home. The hang and lock system is a wonderful feature especially if you have no one else to help with mounting.

The cabinet is nice and seems heavy duty. All the mirrors are nice and the pegs for opening and closing the doors are nice so you don't put fingerprints on the mirrors. The instruction translation took a while to figure out.

The medicine cabinet was easy to install without any difficulty. It's beautiful and gives you options to customize shelves.

Shipping was perfect! The cabinet was extremely well packaged! We had our contractor install this in a newly finished basement bathroom so it was inset in the wall but it comes with really nice mirrored side panels for wall mounting. I love the sturdiness of this cabinet and the soft-close doors, wow! I really like how customizable the internal shelving is for tall items. Overall a great purchase and I’m thinking of where in the upstairs bathrooms I can put one too to get clutter off my countertops!

Beautiful addition to the newly remodeled bathroom. Mirrors inside the cabinet are spectacular when it reflects what you put inside. Easy to install. Would definitely buy again.

Beautiful cabinet/mirror. Well-built. The cab is heavy so reinforce before you install - and ask if you don't know.

Shelves/brackets for center compartment don't fit, because the divider isn't perfectly perpendicular. The outside frame on one side is bent just a little, so the side mirror doesn't fit. Of course, you won't know any of this until you already spent hours with unclear instructions and screws that strip easily. I had to buy better parts. Those tiny screws at the mirror bottoms do not fit. The easy hang system is good. The whole cabinet is metal, so it's sturdy. Workmanship is very disappointing.

We ordered this for our bathroom and it fits nicely between the studs. The problem is that it came with the wrong sized glass shelves. From the instructions, it looks like they use the same set up for quite a few of their products, and the shelves that were include in our box obviously were not made for our unit (19" wide vs 12" cabinet). Home Depot handled the issue to our satisfaction and gave us a partial refund. This allowed us to purchase correctly-sized shelves locally.

I installed this Mirror Medicine cabinet two years ago. The finish [silvering] in all the corners starting coming off after a year and a half!! Now it is spreading all along the bottom and sides of the mirror after TWO YEARS!! I give it another year and I'm sure I'll be replacing it, totally ruins the appearance of the bathroom I renovated! We never used any type of abrasive cleaner on it. My previous Mirror cabinet was 20 years old and never lost its finish! I wasted my time and my money installing this cabinet I would NEVER buy this product or Brand again! Total lack of quality and workmanship!

This is our second medicine cabinet. Excellent quality, nice doors and mirrors on all sides in and out. Instructions should be read completely before starting. This is something I always have problems doing as I have installed many medicine cabinet in my life. The weight of the cabinet should be considered for larger cabinets.

Once we finally got it installed it looks good but time will tell. HOWEVER, the instructions are RIDICULOUS. Whoever wrote the instructions has little to no inclination to see things from other people's point of view. The result is a ton of frustration. What might have been a couple of hours instead took all day. And.. * Some of the shelves were hard to install and harder to remove to rearrange. * Some of the little hole plug had to be shaved down to get the to fit, * The little handles under the mirrors were IMPOSSIBLE to install... tiny screw, super tight, hard to access. Despite my best efforts the screws stripped and I had to use a bolt cutter to get the little handle off again! Come on folks! You can do better than that.

LOVE my new bathroom mirror. I was just concerned with the 3-panel and couldn't find one. I didn't read the description very well when I bought it and didn't realize that the entire inside is covered in mirror. It is a great looking mirror. Looks incredibly expensive. Was easy to install and works perfectly. It is a very substantial, rich-looking mirror. HOWEVER, I paid $170 in May and it's now, in July, $260. That's an huge jump! it looks like a $300 mirror so I'm not saying it's not worth it, but wow.

Nice looking medicine cabinet once installed. It did take some work and effort to set up for a surface mount, for which the instructions could be improved. Should possibly consider adding a video installation guide. My main concern with this cabinet is that the door is not soft close and I couldn't find a part number to order the soft close hinge. It appears that the manufacture is located outside the United States; an email has been sent to them, with no reply as yet (this has been about 2 weeks). So, poor product support.

I had to surface-mount mine. Seems to be of good quality. Assembly and hanging instructions were reasonably clear. The hanging system made it possible for me to hang it with no assistance, but I would recommend having a buddy to help get this triple glass model up on the bracket. I think it’s about 50lbs. Time will tell if the mirror quality holds up i.e. poor quality mirror-backing will flake off in corners causing dark spots)

Easy to install. Sturdy and no issues after months of use. The shelf set up is a bit wonky but have had no issues with it so far. Good value for price.
