Easy install, no wires to run through walls and the cameras are discovered quickly by the system. However, all but one of the cameras we used were inside and the outside one was mostly protected under an overhang but still has deteriorated quickly. Interface is awkward and unclear. Our system died after 6 months and there there is no printed warranty information included. Online the Crystal Vision site's link to warranty information leads to an error page. I Cannot contact support. Stay clear of this system, very unreliable and then you can't get it fixed or replaced!

A nice system. Works well, clear cameras, easy set up. I would purchase again. customer service was very helpful when I needed it.

I've had this system installed for a few years now. The system itself works good and install was pretty easy. The problem with this system is the app they use for remote viewing, it is TERRiBLE. Half the time it will tell the system is offline, the other half it will take up to 10 minutes to connect to the system. If you plan on doing any remote viewing stay away from this system, if you don't require remote viewing it is a good system and the built in monitor is a plus.

Everything has been good so far. The only issue was one of the Camera Power supplies was bad.Opened a ticket with Crystal vision support on 8/28 to get a replacement, but have not heard anything back from them as of today. Excellent if they would respond to my open ticket to get a replacement camera power supply.

The System is good but when there’s a problem, you can’t get in touch with anyone. No phone number or email. When you try to log in to the helpline you get error messages. I’m ready to find a new system because of the terrible Customer Support

Bought this system years ago and it quit. Sent it off for repairs. Warranty expired so I understood I would pay for the repairs myself. I was told the unit needed a new motherboard. I was told a new motherboard would require me to buy all new cameras. I requested they return the unit unrepaired. Upon return I figured I had nothing to lose. I opened the unit and reseated all the internal connections. Now the unit works better than ever. I wonder why the experts did not try this simple fix.

The system worked for one week after install. Now says no hard drive detected and won’t record making it useless.

I have been trying to reach customer support for help. The cameras are not working. They do not answer the phone or take a message. Very expensive for this kind of service and horrible problems. Not that easy to install outside . This product is not recommended..

The only problem I have had is one cam didnt work. They replaced it. The other is someone set it up for me. The time of day setting is off. I will have to go to the Manuel to try and reset it and try and get the 4 cams on the same page as well. Picture is good though.

we LOVE it. The camera auto pair. I am not a tech wizard and it took several attempts to be able to view on our phones. The clarity is amazing!

Very easy to install. Connected to the monitor with just a push of the on button. Do not have to have internet to connect them. Of course you have to have wifi/internet to have them on your phone. Fast shipping. Easy instruction manual.

Horrible night vision clarity !!! does NOT have audio. This product is way overpriced for the bad quality. I will never recommend it to anyone !!! does not stay connected to wi-fi very well at all. I am very disappointed in this system. Distance is a LIE. It does NOT reach 350 feet.

The product overall works great so far. But the instructions to set it up the camera part and for the various parts wasn't very good. But we figured it out by Googleing.

I purchased over 6 months ago and have yet to get motion recording pushed to my phone. Have logged multiple support email but response is slow at best. Last ticket was logged 5 days ago and ZERO response. Never answer phone and voice mail always full. If you think you will need support think twice about a product from these guys. You might regret it as I do. Frustrating because picture quality is good.
