I like the quiet operation of the toaster, but very disappointed in the toasting of the bread. It doesn't matter which slot you use, one side of the bread is toasted somewhat uniformly while the opposite side is barely toasted.

Love this toaster. The only thing I would change is having more settings from light to darkness. Works great and looks good too.

Very difficult to determine what level to use initially.

What an attractive toaster ! So pretty on our countertop with lit led , and oh how we love the features! With the mere touch of a button it lowers our bread and produces perfectly toasted breads/bagels every time ! No more shoving down the lever or slices unevenly browned toast ! Sheer perfection every time. Cuisinart never lets us down , nor does the Home Depot with their extensive selection of quality products and appliances we desire.

I loved the special features of this toaster, but it didn’t toast my bread dark enough for me. I had it set on the darkest setting. So, unfortunately, I returned the toaster. I expected it to toast better for the price.

Excellent toaster! The leverless touch is great. Love the defrost option for frozen waffles. Slots are a great size for all different stuff to toast. Highly recommend!

Love this toaster! So easy to use and the settings offer perfect browning gradations.

We like the new fearures on our new Cuisinart toaster. Having no levers to start toasting is great. We wish the first pass would toast darker, but we have to give it another go. Rye bread is to big for the openings, but i guess this is true with most toasters.

No assembly required. This is a great toaster.

Disappointed in that it doesn't toast english muffins and bagels enough ... have to put down for a second time to get them properly toasted ....something wrong with that

Great Toaster, however I wish the stainless steel was fingerprint proof! My only negative is that it is hard to clean smudges. I have tried everything from plain dish soap and water to stainless steel wipes, but it never looks spotless. I bought this new on and put the old one in a vacation rental.

On the highest setting 7 English muffins are not toasted you have to put the muffin down a second time on 7 the highest setting and then it is toasted ( this is just normal toasting not trying to burn or over toast) . For toast the bottom of the bread does not toast the part of bread towards top of toasted is alll that toasts.

I've had the thing for about 3-4 weeks and am still completely unsure how to set anything. 4 with a bagel gets things pretty dark. This morning, 6+ on Beckmans sliced California Sourdough was barely toasted... seems far too much guesswork for something as simple as a toaster? That said, I had this model for 9 years before it bit the dust...

Great product, but doesn't toast evenly. The toast on the left side is much darker than the one on the right side, even if they have the same settings.

The technology advances are great. Had an earlier model for many years. Cuisinart top of list in their product line.

Easy to use! All functions work so well. My second Cuisinart toaster and one of several Cuisinart kitchen appliances in my home. Always reliable.

It will not toast the bread evenly. The mechanics of the toaster is good but it just doesn't toast the bread evenly. Maybe I just got one that was flawed.

Love this toaster and the fact that it's leverless.

The adjustment for how dark you want your toast works very well. Takes a time or two to determine which numerical number will meet your desires but once you have that figured out it is very consistent. Also like the beep when the toast is done. The automatic lowering and raising is different from most toasters and the ratings I reviewed all gave it good marks for longevity.

The design is nice. The motorized lever is nice. The display is bright. As for toasting, I’m not so satisfied. Even on the highest setting and running it once before even putting the bread in, the toast does not come out very crispy. For the amount of money I spent on it, with just one run on the highest setting, I should be scraping the char off. Instead, I’m running it once without bread, and then 1 1/2 times to get an extra crispy piece. I’m still contemplating returning it, but I probably won’t because I’m lazy and already threw the box away.

Best toaster ever! Feature rich and yet simple to operate. Really enjoy having separate controls so I can have the perfect setting for my morning bagels and one set for toast.

We have had this toaster about a month now and we love it! Toasts evenly on bread or bagels, just not too sure I am a fan of the sound it makes when toasting done. At least its short! :) But if you walk away, you will know when your item is done.

Takes way too long to toast a slice of bread. Must be defective.
