Actual color did not match box
Caution!! Followed directions, used distilled water, mixed amount for a shower floor. Short working time, but it applied well & cleanup was good. Purchased Delorean gray, but when dry, was much lighter. Matched to Rolling Fog, 2 or 3 shades lighter, from the Prism color chart. Color was uniform and consistent, but the wrong color. Not what I wanted. Save yourself some frustration mix & color check it. Other reviews state the same problem. Next time, unless it's white, I’ll pick another brand.

Color isn’t anything like the color on the box
I’ve done lots of tile projects before, never had an issue with grout color being so different from the box. I used pewter, after holding the tile close to the box. Was looking for the grout lines to match the tile, within reason. I followed all of the directions completely, I waited the appropriate times between steps, and wrung my sponge out well before cleaning the haze. The lines look great, but much different than pictured on the box

Definite Efflorescence or Wrong Color in Box
For a product that says "no efflorescence" on the front, it absolutely turned from Delorean Grey when mixed to the whitest grey I have ever seen despite following instructions to the letter. Other possibility is a mix-up in which color grout was put in the box. It's lighter than Rolling Fog. One star for color consistency being wrong, but equal throughout, I guess. The 50% MORE should be for time spent removing/fixing this.

PRISM #11 SNOW WHITE
This color came out nothing like the picture nor the sample stick!!! SUPER WHITE color with now creamy biege color like pictured on sample card. Do yourself a huge favor and test it on a set of tiles before using

First time user and went fairly well
It applied well under the short time frames considering other comments and the following: 1. Do not use tap water because it has chlorine which lightens your color. Use cold (refrigerated) distilled water so its workable longer 2. Mix by hand only what you can work in short time i.e., one wall at a time 3. Does contain sand so be careful on polished tile by wiping before it gets to dry. 4. Can add more water but too much is not good. 5. Sealer is not needed but instructions says otherwise?

Easy to use, looks great when finished!
This was only my third time installing tile but I really like this grout! The Delorean Grey is really dark until it dries. We used it on recycled glass penny tile that is colored to look like Carrera marble and the grey really made the tile pop! It was easy to use - I applied it with my hands, smoothed it with a float then wiped it away with a sponge. As the grout started to dry, I used a paper towel to buff the tile. It worked perfectly!

Terrible Staining Issue
I'm deeply disappointed with this grout. Despite following instructions, it stained my floor within 5 minutes, and nothing can remove the stains. It's been a waste of time and money, leaving my floor damaged. I strongly advise against using this product; it's caused more trouble than it's worth, leading to costly tile replacement.

The product overall was very good. I would advise splitting bags in half or 1/4…we mixed a whole bag and half set up in bucket before we got down that far…on us at that point! Once we adjusted it was exactly what we were looking for…I like the sealer being built in. Easy clean up as well!

Charcoal - turns up lighter than expected
This grout was advertised as the best quality @ Home Depot. instructions are vital in the installation, added chemicals are very harmful to the human body so be careful when contact to skin, also do Not breath this in while mixing, consistency of grout seemed to be promising but as we applied to the shower floor on river rock , did not set up . fan was placed. After a fan was placed there was only a short time frame to clean each river rock before hardening a light color. Very long cure time

I like it
I like this grout because the color goes well with my tiles but it is 4 stars because the pictured colors is not accurate. It is much lighter gray than you see in the picture.

My tile guy wanted this specific product on hand when he installed tile in the master bathroom. He told me this is the only product he will use because it dries in a pure color plus holds up for a lifetime with no fading and resist all stains . I still have plenty left over for the next project of the smaller bathroom. I am real please with the price and quality of this product and highly recommend it .

Don't trust the color!
I bought the color chips to choose my grout color, but what ended up between my tiles was a totally different color! It's a huge downer, the marketing is not to be trusted, you must do a sample, you can't trust the manufacturing. When I called for help, the response was my installer probably "used too much water and wiped the color off" so beware of that mistake. They are sending a colorant so we can re-wipe every grout line but no offer to help with the extra labor cost.

Tips For Working with This Grout - Rolling Fog
Great stuff.
-Dries too fast/hard to clean off the tiles?
Mix 1/2 bag at a time. DON’T mix with drill. Adds too much air, & makes grout dry too quick/much harder to work. Mix by hand for 5 min. Let sit - 5 min. Mix again, and grout. Wipe/tool within 20 min.
-Wrong color/mottling when dry.
Too much water used. Wring sponge out completely before wiping. See pics for box swatch vs dry Rolling Fog color. Pretty close. Mix a small dab, and let it dry to test final color before using.

problems with product setting up too fast
This grout set up within 15 minutes after you add the water you do not have time to work it into the grout lines. I mixed a half of a box one bag and only had 15 minutes and it had started setting up. I lost half of the first bag. I would not recommend it at all.

TOTAL CRAP
DO NOT buy this product! Doing a laborious job of flooring requires ample time and money. The color I chose was Oyster Gray. NOT EVEN CLOSE. The color on the box is NOT what it dried as! And it dries FAST, and clumps up! When it was wet, it looked great. Then, we began to see white areas coming through. We thought it was just the haze forming, but then the whole project ended with WHITE grout! Now we’re stuck with a floor that isn’t what we wanted. How can this company sell this junk?

Charcoal Color is WAAAY Off
We bought this product to match a black floor tile (also purchased at Home Depot). The sample on the box was almost a perfect match, which should have resulted in hard-to-see grout lines. Instead, we got this light gray color that is anything but hard-to-see. Not to mention the 3 hours spent wiping down a 140 sf roof to get rid of the grout haze, which is still hanging around. Do not buy!!!

Easy to use, clean bright white
I tiled my backsplash with Daltile Restore Bright White Subway tile. I bought Prism Bright White grout assuming it would be a bright white. Before grouting I went back to HD to check out their wall tile samples that used Prism Bright White. It appeared to be more of an off white, beige color rather than white. I decided to buy Arctic White and I am glad I did. It is a true bright white grout that blended perfectly with my bright white tile. Second time I used Prism grout. I highly recommend it.

Color doesn't match- BONE
Another disappointed customer. Product was supposed to be BONE, it's drying to a light grey color. Terrible coloring.
Should have read the reviews first and used the Mapei universal grout product instead.

Trash
I being trying to get customer service and they just put you on hold for hour. I bought this for my subway tile . I wish I would just listing to what people said I. The comments. I following the instructions to a t. Mix the one bag. Use my measurement cup. Mix it for 5 min. Let it set the hold 9 yard. This stuff dry up so fast in my bucket . That was a whole pack just about lost. This is crazy. They just took my money like this and not answer there phone to tell my why. A big wait cost me money

Beware
I wish I had read other reviews first before deciding on the bone grout. I went back n forth trying to pick a color that wasn’t too light since I was concerned about it getting dirty but wanted a cleaner look. I chose bone because it is supposed to be a pretty beige but it dried white. Depending on the lighting it doesn’t look as bright, but it is white. I am extremely worried about the upkeep but I’m now stuck with it. Although it doesn’t look bad with my tile color, I preferred a more blended look. I truly wish I would have chosen a darker color.

We purchased this because the local store was out of the mix we’d used on most of our tile flooring install. It was a non sanded grout and I wasn’t familiar with it. It set up quicker and was harder to clean than the other product. For an experienced user it’s probably fine.

Worth the extra money!
First time using Prism and it was fantastic. Mixed easy and love how it comes in 2 bags so you know you’re mixing exactly half. I’ve had color consistency with every colored grout until using Prism. Like others say it does dry quickly so don’t mix up more than one bag and don’t get too far ahead of yourself before you wipe it off.

Works well but isn't as dark as shown.
Work well but is lighter than the color shown. I was really looking for a darker color. I really wish it had been the same color as on the box.

Great Grout
We used Arctic White to blend with our bright white tiles. Just what we needed. We didn't use as much as anticipated. The nubs on the tiles provided for a small grout line. We mixed up 1/4 of one bag at a time (2 bags are included in each box). The job went well by following the instructions on the box.

Outdoor grout mix
