I've been using this sealer and finish for our saltillo tiles and grout in the bathrooms and kitchen for 5 years now. The gloss finish hasn't changed at all and still looks the same as when I first applied it. The grout is staying clean too!

Easy to apply, sealant good, and glossy finish excellent, except was spotty on my rock shower floor when dried because I applied it too heavy.

Great for grout lines. I use a dropper to flood the grout lines. Let it dry. More coats are better. It's held up for 2 years. Avoid use on the entire tile with surface with traffic. Contact the manufacturer to remove it. They should know how.

I used it on saltillo tile. It was shining after the first coat. I then grouted the tile and the grout came off without a problem and still shined. I will put on another coat or two when I am done grouting. This product was recommended to me by the man I bought the saltillo from; he also installs them and this is the product he uses. It works great on saltillo I would highly recommend it.

I used this to give glossy wet sealed finish to the culture stone by my fireplace. It looks elegant. Now I am planing to use the leftover for the similar stone outside my house. Couldn’t be more happier.

We used this on split Fieldstone it worked wonderfully.

Love this product. It seals and protects my slate floor while giving it the "wet" look I desire.

Works every year. I power wash the front and back patio tile, then apply the sealer. Results are excellent and last a full year.

As a professional tile contractor for 45 years, I find Custom products to be the easiest and best to use. Have used them for decades.

This sealer gave our new tile floors a completely different look. I highly recommend this product if you need a sealer for your floors.

We used this product in four rooms of our house. With in the first week it started peeling. Now our floors look absolutely horrendous!! I would NEVER recommend this product to anyone. I can’t believe Home Depot even allows them to put it on their shelf to distribute to customers. We will have to spend thousands to redo our BRAND NEW floors.
