Mixes well with a drill/mixer. (Remember to add water to bucket first!) Easy two plus hour working time. One 60 lb bag just fills a 5 gal bucket. Easy clean-up and fairly easy to pop "noogies" loose on the tile or concrete the next day. Continues hardening for a couple days. Bags have plastic liner so getting them wet doesn't ruin the bag. Does what it's supposed to and for a decent price. Definitely mix it well the first time. Then, after a 5-10 minute sit to soak up water, the second mix really cremes it up. I mix it a little thin so it squeezes excess well from under the tile, giving great support.
