Based on your commentary regarding the product's texture/consistency (observed phasing/separation), it would appear that you may have purchased product that is aged/beyond its shelf life. Based on your commentary indicating " it cracked everywhere”, it would appear to signal that the application (joints/materials) that you are using the DAP Concrete and Mortar Filler and Sealant on, may be experiencing a significant amount of movement/instability and/or the product was being applied too thickly (which can result in uneven drying/tension, leading to cracking). Joints/materials that are prone to experience significant expansion/contraction forces may require higher performance products, such as our Premium Polyurethane Adhesive Construction Sealant. Because you did not provide enough details regarding your attempted application (surface preparation, surface conditions, humidity, joint dimensions, application technique), we are not able to provide you with a more detailed response in this format.
