I bought this unit for my salon to wash our towels, it has not worked since the day I bought it. It blew the top off, the entire thing shakes loudly, no matter how little or how much you put in it, it doesn’t dry at all. I’ve had professionals try to come out and look at it and they all tell me to reach out the the company I bought it from. When I try to call their customer service, no one ever answers, I leave a voicemail and don’t get called back. Horrible. Waste of money.

It does take longer to dry clothes but that's what was in the reviews. After all, it does operate on 110 volt. Just wish it had more options to use a cold water wash. Overall, it beats going to the laundromat so I am content so far.

Wish there were more options to use a cold water wash. A set of queen size sheets is an overload. Have to wash each piece one at a time. Drying time does take a while but I expected that after reading reviews. Clothes do come out wrinkled. A good shake helps with that. Over all, I do like the machine so far. Just me & my husband. After going to the laundromat for almost 5 yrs it is convenient. Now that we are seniors it beats carrying laundry baskets. Just have to be careful not to overload. Curious to see what my electric bill is going to be after the 1st month...lol

After sales service is excellent

Bought about 9 months ago for my studio rental. Tenant said it works ok a little on the loud side.

Purchased for my mother as she does not have large amounts of laundry. Works well but does take longer than a traditional washer and dryer. Overall she is very pleased.

Great little machine. I had full size washer and drier but moved from a house to an apartment. I did not need the large volume so I looked for something compact and found this machine. I can wash as many a 7+ t-shirts, some socks, and other small items and un less than 2 hours it is done. Put three jeans in and came out dried after the "20 minute wash" and dry. Only that they came a bit wrinkled. Otherwise I will recommend this machine to anyone in need of space and who doesn't mind or need washing small loads. It is also quieter, not silenced, but quieter than many other full size machines.

Works great. Just wish it was a little larger. Large blankets do not fit

The machine goes through periods of sending error codes when you run it, but then will run fine for several weeks. Troubleshooting with tech support pushed it outside of the warranty period. On the positive Ethan Black was a huge help overcoming some website technical glitches

Better than expected.Been using cold water only & it’s done a great job.

As advertised. Take a lot f work from doing laundry

We were sold a defective unit. Complained about it within the warranty period noticing the company of the issue. Now, a year later the exact same power issue has returned since the unit was not used often since then. The company has made no reasonable effort to resolve this considering now its tech is attempting to charge twice for 1 repair. Stay away

It the perfect machine for our small space. It gets the clothes clean with such a small amount of detergent it is almost unbelievable. We love it.

Works amazingly simple , wash dry button push drying portion shuts off clothes come out amazingly not to wrinkle at all, nice and dry. Had it for approximately 2 weeks Takes approximately 2 hours whole process, pretty quite too! Have it in Motor coach replacing expensive Splendid washer dryer.

Do not order! Broke in 8 months. Customer service is terrible too.

Love my unit. Had trouble in the beginning, but their service is amazing and was able to resolve the issue quickly. I read problems with the length of time for drying but, if you figure the time it takes you to wash and dry in two separate units the time is similar IF YOU VENT YOUR UNIT. My clothes come out feeling damp but within seconds they are complely dry and I also found that they feel cleaner with less wrinkles IF YOU DON'T OVERLOAD THE UNIT. All in all I would highly recommend this unit and am so glad that I purchased it.

It literally walk as it spins. and too much nose. it rock the entire house I just don't know what to do with it now

Bad service, bad attitude

Great product and service. Its little small load. However, great product. Also somebody came to check and assemble it too. I am really satisfied the products and service too.
