There are two different versions of this pancake compressor. I'm not sure which one is older, nor if there is any significant difference in performance. The unit shown in the picture has two gauges - one for the tank pressure and one for the tool pressure. The unit I received has only one gauge - for the tank pressure. The regulator knob sets the pressure for the tool but there is no gauge to confirm the regulated pressure to the tool. I guess I'd prefer two separate pressure gauges but it's not enough to return the unit and probably explains the low price from Home Depot - you got a batch of the cheaper versions so you could offer a bigger discount.

Light and works flawlessly! What a great combo kit at an excellent price. I've had this brad nailer and air compressor combo kit for just a couple weeks now. I bought it to do a large hardwood flooring job in my house. I used it to replace the flooring of my whole upstairs, 3 bedrooms, hallway and stairs with 3/4 bruce solid hardwood flooring. Both the nailer and compressor are very light, I was able to work quickly, the nailer never misfired and always drove the nail all the way in. The saved me a lot of time and money. Highly recommended!

It was easy to assemble and use. My students found it very helpful for putting together our set for our spring play!

The compressor is quieter than I expected. There are so nice touches such as a flip valve for emptying tank, sound cancelling feet on tank, double outlets to connect hoses. The nail gun has performed flawlessly as I framed a closet door and nailed baseboards. The tank and hose and gun held air pressure overnight as I didn't drain the air off in anticipation of continuing some work later. The only negative comment is the hose has a terrible smell to it

Good best power, good gun work well, 90 psi with 2" nails is sufficient , easy to use, but just a little too noisy. For Dewalt gives 75.5 dbA is noise level, but with my sound level meter I measured 84/85 dbA distance 3'; very loud into a room.

This little pancake compressor is painted bright yellow and easy to see. The size and weight are prefect for a little easy carry compressor, easy to move from one location to another, onto roof tops, up and down stairs. Very stable footprint and no louder than my large compressor. The low positioned air distribution makes this unit nearly impossible to turn over during use. It's a very well thought out design. Pressure control is easily accessible yet tucked away tight enough to not be a concern on the job site. Looks like this will be a great little compressor to meet many needs, especially when transport is needed for use.

This combo kit is a great setup for finish and trim woodworking. Includes a oil-less six gallon "pancake" type compressor, a brad nail gun setup for 18 gauge only brad nails only and a 3/8" hybrid rubber 50' hose. The air compressor is literally ready out the box with no assemble. Air is adjustable up to 165 psi but airs pretty quickly within a few minute to most working pressures around 09 psi. Nail Gun setup is easy and clear instructions for first time users. Also include with nail gun is a swivel type air hose fitting that makes it more flexible in tight spots. Best of all, compressor is clear label as being "Made in the USA with global components".

I really wanted to give this product a five star rating, but I had to return the first one I purchased due to the gauges fogging up and a small amount of rust around the check value. I used it to redo my closets and it made the project quite easy since I was able to use 2 1/2 inch nails.. I increased my hanging and shelf space by over 60 percent. Great product.

Great product. Dewalt is my go to brand and this brad-nailer compressor combo is just what you need for finish work or cabinetry and stuff and the price was great.

Great combo kit for the money. I bought it as a part of my whole-home floor trim rework project and couldn’t be happier.

Exceeded all my expectations

Good quality tank, but terribly loud motor. Chord is of nice quality as well, dosnt tangle easily. The nail gun works very well (I’ve only used it for baseboards), no jams or cloggs yet and I’ve installed a couple hundred nails so far. I got this one $200 but I don’t think I’d pay much more than that.

got this bundle for my husband for his birthday as a surprise,this is something hes been wanting. He was so excited and happy! He loves it! We do a lot of diy projects. I had it delivered and added a note for the driver to please say happy birthday. Thanks to that driver very much.

I bought this kit to replace a Cambell 30 gal compressor that was heavy and awkward. I also needed a small portable compressor for air while out camping and this kit was perfect. Very light and easy to move around, very quite compared to my other compressor or similar compressors (75db). I like the no tangle air hose and the two ports for more than one hose. Great kit for camping and everyday house use. The air gun was a great addition for those quick repair jobs.
