Works fine good charge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was able to acquire this charger as part of a hammer drill / impact driver kit combo. It fully charges my 6.0 Ah 20V/60V Flexvolt battery in just under one hour. The charger should be kept away from aerosols, sawdust, and other debris because of the vents for the cooling fan. So far no problems or complaints!

I have only charge 2 batteries twice. 60 volt Flex 20 volt batteries. With it being a fast charge charger I run the power all the way out of both batteries. It took 90 minutes to charge each battery. That's not bad for a 6o volt battery with 9AH It works great. I was running a 60 V leaf blower wide open. That would use a lot of battery. I would recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it came time to renovate my basement, I knew I would need to update my old DeWalt 18v tools. My wife gave me clearance to buy every tool I would need. I’ve always been a fan of DeWalt, so it was an easy choice. I loaded up on DeWalt 20v tools. Now I needed a way to store, transport and protect my investment. I bought quite a few ToughSystem boxes and a couple of the storage racks. Very well made and sturdy. I’m a big boy and I’ve used them as a stool or chair on more than one occasion. They hold up well. This charger works great. It’s very fast and is a great way to keep up with the demand of multiple tool usage. If you are reading this, just buy it. You will not regret it.

The DCB118 will charge up a DCB606 battery in 60 minutes. Work great on the 20 volt battery. Living in Florida the summer days can get hot. I have not had any problems with the battery is to hot to charge.

This is a fast charger for the new lithium-ion batteries. The battery packs click into place, so you don't have to worry about them falling out of the charger, even if the charger tips over. The large LED gives you three different indications, so you'll know what the charger is doing and if the battery is completely charged. The fan is fairly strong and makes some noise, so just be aware of this in case you need to use it in a quiet location.

Either it died or it destroys batteries, all three batteries we have are dead. when inserting it only flashes red but then thats it. a few weeks ago we already threw away a battery also. Something is going really bad

I only used this charger a few times and it broke. I get nothing from it. And im stuck with it because its past the 90 day return.
