Got this for my son at Christmas and he loved it.

Seems to be a solid tool - time will tell but initially quite happy with it.

Everything I needed and more.

This is my second Dewalt compact router. I use both almost daily. I bought a plunge base for it also and they work great together. No problems with attaching the plunge base and I like the smooth action of the plunge lever. The router was almost free because it came with the two battery , charger and bag deal at HD. O

I am super impressed with this router. Plenty of power and no vibration. Easy to adjust and and the balance is good. I use routers a LOT and have 4 dedicated routers with cords….(yuck) as well as my router table. This is now one of my dedicated routers and love it so much I bought a second one. Sounds crazy having that many but when I use them as much as I do it’s nice to grab one and go rather than changing and zeroing in all the bits again. I buy nothing but Dewalt nowadays and always have good luck with them.

My husband has been wanting a router so when this was one of the free tools, it was an easy decision. I'm sure he will enjoy using this.

NO WIRES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the best item I have ever added to my toolbox. If you don't have one you need this router!

Very powerful router. I wish it had the option for a larger collet, but I know it is more like a trim router. It does go through batteries super fast, so make sure to have extras and a charger handy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had it for a few years. Cordless portability that manages to bring the power. Eats wood, very fun. I’ve seen some videos on how to modify it into an undying drywall cut out tool haha. It’s a very versatile tool for custom work.
