Just fantastic!

Going on year 3 of having this. Started using it and the inlet for the water hose connection broke and started leaking. The part is very east to take off but i cannot find a part online anywhere for this. Reached out to some dealers and wanted to charge me. I will continue to scour the internet for this part, but looks like i will have to buy a different pressure washer.

I purchased this unit after seeing it as one of the top rated in Consumer Reports and also from my overall experience with DeWalt. I am very pleased with this pressure washer. It does a great job on general cleaning, has a nice tank onboard to apply soap with and it's very quiet. The tires are air filled, which makes it roll very easy and the overall quality feel is impressive. I highly recommend this model.

I’ve been a fan of DEWALT tools but I think they should stick to power tools and not pressure washers! Bought my unit about 6 months ago and used it about 4 times. This last time I heard a buzzing noise and no pressure. I removed the cover screws and noticed that the fan cooling shaft was corroded. Finally got it moving and still nothing. No pressure coming out. One would assume the screws and components would be weather resistant to a certain point. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

i was very excited to use this but unfortunately it not dependable in the slightest. plugged it in and had pressure for about 10-15 minutes. turned it off and tried out the soap and it wouldn’t work. no soap was pulling through so i switched to the house sprayer and the motor wouldn’t start. Very disappointed, i will be returning promptly and trade for another brand. I truly expected more out of Dewalt products

First: You are going to want to upgrade the hose. Like most pressure washers, the one it comes with works but it kinks up and is short. Uberflex makes some nice aftermarket hoses. Quick connects are cheap and save you time, so I recommend those as well. For cleaning the ground, get a surface cleaning attachment. It will save your time and your back. Unfortunately, a surface cleaner attachment might not be good enough in the dirtiest jobs, where you’ll still need to bust out the turbo nozzle. Pump Saver spray should probably be used before long periods of storage, like during the winter. If your washer doesn’t have enough pressure, your nozzle may be clogged or the soap tube could have a hole. Both are easy fixes. The washer itself is fantastic. It’s not very loud and doesn’t give off any exhaust since it’s electric so your neighbors won’t hate you. The turbo nozzle and the 15 degree nozzle are the most useful for cleaning the really dirty stuff, but the wider nozzles have great applications too (wood fence, cars, etc. Unless you’re dealing with really oily/greasy stuff, you shouldn’t actually need to use any soap. It’s nice that the unit has a soap feature but plain water works fine for many jobs. I’ve cleaned some really moldy/mossy stuff with this. It’s not as fast or powerful as the expensive commercial washers but it does get the job done around the home. I’ve also successfully used this washer in conjunction with graffiti removal spray. You’ll want to use the 15 degree nozzle at point blank to remove graffiti. The turbo nozzle works great on deep grime, mold, & moss but wasn’t great on graffiti. All in all, this washer met, if not exceeded, my expectations. All I want to do now is pressure wash stuff!

The fitting for the soap tank broke during the second use of this power washer. The unit is now useless - water squirts out from the broken fitting instead of the power washer hose

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this unit for its specifications and performance Electric powered pressure washers are ideal for me since they’re quiet, and I can use them at anytime of day or night. Also no gas or exhaust fumes to deal with. Out of the box supper quick and easy assembly. The power cord is really long, I had no problem reaching to any of my receptacles. The pressure hose has a perfect length too, I was able to reach rooftop HVAC unit to wash off all gunk no problem. Also it’s really light weight and with large wheels that makes it really portable. Overall convenient and easy to use.

This is an additional review. You wont regret getting dewalt products. This water pressure is awesome. You will not get disappointed with this. Photos attached is before i used it. Just wanted to show im a dewalt product user and will be . I even bought the battery adapter so i could use the 20V battery on my old dewalt tools.

Was not sure about a electric one but it did what I needed with ease. It worked great cleaned 1600 sqft brick house and metal carport. No cleaner was used.

Please keep in mind, I own and have used many powerful pressure washers so was a little tiny bit skeptical when trying a electric. So, when opening the box. There was very little to put together, what there was to put together pretty much could do with no instructions. This thing was up and running in 5 minutes. This little thing is amazing. I actually had fun with it. very light weight but plenty of power. I actually washes 3 cars right in the middle of pollen season. No hassles at all to start like the gas ones. really big soap dispenser and easy to clean out at the end of the day. All tips right where you need them when you need them. Real tires! This thing is a beast. Does a great job doing many things around the house. of course It can't take the place of the powerful gas engine washers. It will do most things that need a powerful deep easy cleaning. when grime ND dirt stains from concrete , Mold from white painted wood without chemicals. Easy to put away!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used the washer about two weeks cleaning the back porch, garage, house siding and cars and it work flawlessly. I like that it cuts off when the trigger is released. If someone walks up to talk, or your moving things, etc. it cuts off instantly so you have no noise at all. I've used Dewalt tools over 20 years and been pleased with every purchase.

If you line up the wands groove to right under the holder top piece on the left and slide it in it will hold perfect.

After using for the past month it has exceeded my expectations. Great to use around the house for cleaning off the driveway, siding, garbage cans, vehicles, etc. For the selling price this is definitely a must have purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a month ago and worked ok the first time. Pressure seemed to be lower than my other 1900psi pressure washer. Upon the second use once I released the handle it would not start back. Had to let sit 10-15 minutes before it would start working again. Very displeased to be from such a good company.

This power washer is amazing for the car, the house, cleaning windows the deck. On board custom nozzles for all applications. Love the big wheels which make it easy to take around the property. Love it!

Pressure washer works well enough, until the threads that the hose goes into the pump pile up and “DEWALT” convieniently doesn’t sell that threaded fitting that goes directly into the pump. It WILL seize.

I.ve had this pressure washer for about 6 months and it has performed excellent. No issues. Good price. Delivered withing 3 days. Exceeded expectations.

We have a lake house in the woods. The annual summer clean up puts the pressure washer through it's paces. We're very happy with this one. It got a lot of work and didn't falter once. For an electric unit, it's quite impressive. Highly recommended.

This pressure washer runs 3 to 4 minutes then shuts down! If I wait 30 minutes to an hour it might run another 3 minutes. I cannot work with this.

Easy to use, high-quality nozzles and large rubber tires. This washer's performance is good enough for my needs.

Poor quality control, bought 2 units had to bring them both back, first one the handle did not fit . The second one was leaking at the water connection. I will not try a third time. I expected more from Dewalt.

Kick butt power washer with all the power and attachments I need. Plus it is Dewalt so my preferred brand.

Great compact pressure washer, did a good job on the deck and back patio but I was disappointed with lack of power to do the driveway and the soap dispenser for washing the car. For a 2400 PSI, I expected a lot more power (previous was a 2100 and did a great job on the driveway)

This pressure washer did a good job on my concrete. Go slowly and use a 12 inch surface cleaner to speed up the process . The water hose does tangle up though .
