Easy to use, mark the door where the door lock is desired, clamp the guide, and saw the holes. Piece of cake.

Simple door drilling jig for American style 1-3/8” or 1-3;4” door thickness. Works with US style door lock hardware. The hole saws cut into the plastic guides so this jig will get less accurate with time. Only a single mandrel for two hole saws is provided. The mandrel has to be moved between the two hole saws on every door.

The DeWalt door lock installation kit worked well to recut 3 doors to a new dimension. It certainly is no professional tool, however it is also not at a professional tool price.

Worked as advertised. Was able to install doorknob in greenhouse door with no problems.

Poor quality, the plastic is too weak.

This would not lay flat on my door due to the trim around the window. Waste of money!

All in all it works well. As others have stated there is difficulty in getting the larger hole saw apart from the bit. Other than that, it works well. I installed 5 deadbolts with it and it went quickly.

Jig was very easy to use

Great product, easy to use, and a must have for installing slab door locksets.

Works very well for what i needed it for. Had to use an arbor i already had. Bought a dewalt one for this kit but was wrong size threads. The package states the arbor is included. The online description states it is not included. It is not.

We recently bought a new storage building and it didn’t come with a deadbolt. So I bought this and it worked perfect and fast! Highly recommend!!

I have used the kit to install four dead bolt locks successfully. I have one more dead bolt lock to install but I can’t use the drill guide because the door has a large window and there is not enough room to mount the guide. Not a fault of the drill guide. Just not enough room to clamp onto the door.

Worked perfectly. Highly recommend it as it did not leave marks. I did buy separately a 1" hole drill bit as to speed things up as I had multiple doors to drill.

The kit was easy to use and very accurate. It made the job of installing multiple door locks consistent, quick and problem free. It doesn't matter if you have one or ten this kit will make the task enjoyable and is worth the money.

This is my second one the other one lasted me about 7 years I use it all the time for work great product
