These things are great when they work, but so far my failure rate is 100% on the first four. Dewalt will replace them free if you can do enough internet sleuthing to figure out who to call. Save your proof of purchase.

Battery is great. Long life and powerful. Ordering online for pickup was another issue. Went to pickup locker to find a used one instead of new. Had to change it out at customer service.

I actually bought two of these batteries but one of them would not take a full charge. I paid about $360 for the two batteries. Since the batteries did not solve the problems I was having with my Dewalt lawnmower, I decided to return the batteries and spend a bit more to buy a new Ryobi Lawnmower which had two batteries and a charger included in the box.

Great product. Big and heavy, but adds extended service to my DeWalt cordless table saw. Also works with my entire range of 20V and 60V DeWalt cordless tools. I had purchased the same battery with my table saw in December, but found that a single battery wasn't enough to get through my typical projects, so I purchased this 2nd one on sale.

Solid product
Got 2 of these several years ago and keep them charged and when I do use them I run them all the way down and then throw in the spare and keep working. I use them in the 60 V weed whacker and 60 V blower. These batteries have now outlasted the blower and I'm ordering a new one. Given I just use them 3 seasons but that's a great testament to these products for the yard care I do.
