The shoes look good and seem to be well-built. In spite of being the right size, I do not like the fit. There's too much up-and-down and side-to-side shifting (but not end-to-end shifting). The laces cannot be tightened enough to prevent the up-and-down shifting. The toe box is not too narrow, but my big toe ends up rubbing uncomfortably. I now wear them only when I'll be wearing them for four hours or less.

Decent boot and good construction, but I expected better from...
Decent boot and good construction, but I expected better from Dewalt. The top of the boot chaffs your ankle - it needs to be shorter or taller. Very poor insole - very little arch support, very little cushioning. I got these at half price and immediately returned them.

Wilmer - You are correct, these are not 100% waterproof. As noted in the copy and bullet points on the website, they are water resistant only. They will shed water walking thru wet fields or standing in a light rain. Thanks for letting us clarify your concerns.
