I use it on my wood lathe, cuts a nice crisp hole. First delivery was a bust, somehow on the way ...
I use it on my wood lathe, cuts a nice crisp hole. First delivery was a bust, somehow on the way the "content" was lost, took HD to figure that out, I was reimbursed and ordered another bit ... arrived in 2 days.

These forstner bits are legit from Diablo. I’ve used others and they’ve been alright but Diablo is tops. Smooth edging around the hole and smooth drive into the wood all around.

Great quality Forstner bits which I believe are actually produced...
Great quality Forstner bits which I believe are actually produced by Freud in Italy. Very clean cut lines when running in the drill press at the recommended 1,400 RPM.

I needed an 1-7/8in bit to match the OD of Sched 40 PVC. This was one of the very few I could find. It did the job great, drilling some (48) holes in 1in thick cedar. Its important to have a powerful drill to avoid wrist injury. I used a corded drill and it did fine.
