I got this for my parents who recently moved into an assisted living home. The home has handicapped accessible showers, but they also need some extra help. I was going to get a simple bench, but when I saw this, I thought it would be worth the extra money. It's a great help to them.

I bought this bench for my mother who has problems with her legs. The bench is sturdy, and nicely made. Please measure your tub BEFORE you buy. The tub at my mothers apartment seems narrow and you really need to have enough room for the bench to reach on the outside of the tub as well. The sliding bench is very smooth and the weight limit is great also. I'm so glad that I bought this for her; it is going to make her life easier.

I love this chair! We have a home for multi-handicapped young adults and this chair is excellent for transferring and bathing a wheelchair-bound individual. I especially like the ease of the sliding chair that locks into place, and the removable personal cleansing seat!

The transfer bench works very well except it is a bit wide for our bathtub (an older one). Care needs to be taken while using the handheld shower to avoid spilling water all over. I measured the tub but misconstrued the width and actual height over the tub.

Good value, good shower chair, fast delivery. I would. Order from Home Depot again.

I bought this bench for my 92 year old father who is now able to safely bathe himself. He is extremely satisfied with this bench and I am grateful for a product which enables him to improve his quality of life.

The transfer bench is great for independance and a great value. It slides smoothly and has safety features like the stap for the legs and the high weight limit. I've only used it once but I am very happy with its performance. It has smooth action and makes the transfer into the shower safer. Only draw back is the seat has a part that makes a full seat. It moves easy and pinched a little. The solution was easy just removed it. Recormended for transfers into showers and a tub.
