I received the generator and it wouldn’t run so I returned it and ordered another one and the second one did not run either. Not happy at all with this product!

Going to power whole house.

Arrived very quickly. Easy directions to follow. I would have given 5 stars but the directions do not include that you need to put the choke on 1/2 to start on propane. I had trouble starting it until I read another review that pointed that out. !/2 choke and it started immediately.

Started right up using gas then propane. !st problem: cannot use supplied regulated on my 100 lb. Pol cylinder without using an adaptor after hours of research I purchased a adaptor which leaked propane on the regulator side. I went to a number of suppliers including Home Depot and no one could help me find the proper fit. I dug out a old regulator I had for 6 years installed it. I did call DuroMax and after being put on hold for 33 minutes I was told that they would send me a link Never Did’ @nd problem Generator ran but did not produce electricity after a 20 minute wait on the phone I was told to press reset buttons this was never mentioned in the manual 3rd problem There cover is so thin you can hold it yp to the light and see daylight. I put this on the unit and when I removed the cover the generator it was wet as it rained overnight, Don’t waste your money on this item

Fired right up , runs my 50 amp 5th wheel no problems.

I ordered the DuroMax generator based the reviews and warranty. I'm still happy with the warranty offered, but I was disappointed at assembly. During assembly, I found a bend in the frame, which doesn't impact functionality so I can live with it. Also, the 30amp outlet was seemingly loose and not flush with the control panel. I called the DuroMax team and they had me remove some screws and found that the nuts used to hold the outlet in place were missing. I installed replacements and resolved that issue. Hopefully, it lives up to it's reputation and proves to be a reliable machine.

The equipment worked very well. The user manual needs some review, as it is possible to follow the assembly instructions, and still need to redo the assembly

I have the gen in a garage with my house 150 feet away. When I run the gen it goes 10 minutes then shuts off. The garage is wired to my house so to run it I have to leave the garage door open. Will not be good in winter if I lose power.
