Shattered into a million pieces
Shower door was being handled gently by 3 workers and it dissolved in their hands. Shattered into a million pieces and even cut one of the workers! Please be aware that this door is dangerous and should not be used. Extremely dangerous

Exploded!
I was super careful. Hung the door… the Kaboom! Kind of in shock. Minor cuts on hands. Luckily Home Depot refunded me. Great customer service!

Better than the C500 door
I used this door for the C500 base and surround. The C500 door only has a height of 66in where this gives you a 69 in. The C500 won't accommodate a door any higher than this. Install takes some time to work through the 62 steps. I installed over several days as I would caulk at certain steps and allow to dry/cure before moving on. Doors function very smoothly and the slow close bumpers are nice to keep the doors from slamming into the end walls. The rain shower glass is nice because it allows light in while providing some privacy. Also hides disorganization so you don't have to keep the shower looking like a model home all the time.

BEWARE!!!!! Door exploded for no reason!
The door exploded without any reason! We have only had it for 2 years. Thank God no one was in the bathroom, me and my family heard a very loud explosion and found the door shattered all over the bathroom. Had someone been in the bathroom it would have been an awful situation. The explosion was louder than a car crash. We had to have the broken glass professionally cleaned and removed as it was that severe. It was a terrifying experience. Please be careful and do not purchase this horrible door!

wet floor
Bought this at Home Depot and had it professionally installed.
There is about a 3/4 inch gap from the bottom of the glass door to the bottom track.
It barely sits inside the lower track.
the spec's say the door is 55 1/2 inches tall. Mine measures 54 3/4 inches.
A manufacturing flaw????
Water splashes under the door, off the track and on to the bathroom floor.
Checked to make sure the upper track was seated properly.
Adjusted to door rollers to the lowest setting.
Nearly $500 in parts and $210 for install and I was better off with a $15 shower curtain.

got it home assembled it got it hung up on the tracks and it shattered in a million pieces. This was actually the second one the shattered on me.

This glass shattered in the middle of the night
The glass on one of the doors shattered in the middle of the night, with luckily nobody around. I’m relieved that my toddler was not in there when it happened but this is was terrifying to wake up at 3 in the morning to the sound of shattering glass. I almost thought someone was breaking into my home. I looked it up and apparently this is a thing with this glass. I advise if you’re insisting on buying this that you do a little research for safety purposes. Model SGCC-6272-6mm-U-A

Poor Design & cheap flimsy glass
Our 9 year old daughter went to close one of the doors and it slightly snagged causing the door to collapse and shatter. When I went to remove the remaining door I was about to place it down and held the rack bar on the door when it completely collapsed and shattered. This design may look nice however it is horribly made and the glass doors are unsafe.

This style of doors imploded
The design of this sliding assembly is horrendous. The slightest pull on the handle bar and you can feel the glass bowing in the middle. Our 9 year old daughter went to close these doors and they imploded while she was in the shower. When I went to remove the remaining door while placing it down I grabbed the handle and it instantly imploded as well.

Also Shattered...
We have had this door for over a year now and have loved the look at first. They are hard to clean and to my surprise the door shattered out of nowhere with normal use. Uncertain after all the review of similar issue do I want to purchase same brand. Indicates 5yr warrantee but most reviews also indicate do not honor. I will keep posted as I have submitted a claim.

Doors are too high from the bottom track!!!
So doors were installed and even with the rollers at the highest point to put the doors at their lowest, they are still to high from the bottom track. So water goes under and out and wetting my floor. The tracks and sides were installed correctly so I don't understand the big gap, it's about 3/8". Very bad.And I tried to adjust it and I guess I'm going to have to install bigger channels on bottom which shouldn't even be required. I ended up shattering one of my doors so don't know what to do.

Shattered Door
Installed May 2020. Loved how they looked and functioned. May 2023 early morning while sleeping one of the shower doors shattered. Thankfully no one close by. Not covered by warranty. Would not recommend!!
