For the price these are great shower doors.

Had a professional install this. About a year later the glass with the exposed rollers attached completely shattered when we went to slide it open. I’ve purchased the door(s) and handle(s) but only need the exposed rollers (without having to purchase the $350 kit). I’ve contacted delta via email and held on the phone until their offices eventually closed. Never got a reply.

These doors were not mishandled, bumped, or abused in any way. The door was basically hung and the installers (x2) where standing perfectly still with their hands on the door when the door spontaneously exploded. Read the reviews before purchasing.

During professional installation while being handled by two (2) qualified adults who did not bump or mishandle the door in any way, form or fashion, the first door spontaneously exploded cutting both me and my contractor in multiple areas of our body.

The glass shattered all over me while I was carrying it. I’m covered in blood. And I’m out $200. Please refund me @homedepot

I installed our new Delta shower doors with the “Rain” design just a week ago. The door package comes with full installation instructions. You have to purchase the separate matching Delta frame and towel handles to complete the set. The Delta shower door system is standard so if you are only replacing the shower doors as I have done the framework stays the same and you can reinstall the door hardware on the new glass doors for a perfect fit. Make sure to follow correct instruction measurements for a correct fit if you are installing a new door frame as well. My rule of thumb is measure twice to be sure and cut once. Although the 1/4” tempered glass shower doors are on the heavy side, the project was still a fairly easy job to accomplish. Everything is plumb and works fine. The “Rain” design looks great.

i was pretty meticulous about installing this and taking my time...i even went and bought all the tools they recommended to be sure that i wasn't cutting corners... well once i got it all together, caulked cured, and turned on the shower, water started pouring all over the floors outside the tub... i started looking closer and the middle "guide" that keep the doors in line has to be installed with the outermost "lip" under the receiving groove on the bottom rail...if not, the outside door will NOT seal against the rubber gasket that runs the length of the bottom rail...see picture...THE INSTRUCTIONS DO NOT MAKE THIS IMPORTANT POINT...so i fixed that thinking i averted a leak with a simple adjustment...nope... so i started spraying water onto the doors to check and see if it contained the water...the outside door does, but the inside door hangs too high (i adjusted the door rollers so it hung as low as possible) so the water, if splashed or hitting the bottom rail a lot, would jump out over the rail and outside the shower...so annoying...but IT DOESN'T END THERE!! if sprayed into the corners where the side and bottom rails meet, it pours out like crazy...the doors just do not get close enough to the frame to contain the water...see picture i GUARANTEE my kids, taking baths, will test the functionality of these doors... i gave it 1 star because it has 1 job: contain water to the INSIDE of the shower...IT DOES NOT DO THIS SUCCESSFULLY...

We had these installed by an expert and the main door we side back and forth shattered when opening after a shower last night. The shower is pretty spacious for a small person like me so the glass never gets bumped while showering so I am unsure of how it received enough force for the glass to shatter so easily. It looked great for the first month and we didn't have any issues with it sliding back and forth but I am hesitant to purchase another set of doors because this cut up my feet pretty bad and was a pain to clean up. I covered up the bloodstains in the picture with a blue marker. I Will most likely just replace the whole set with a different style and type of door, would hate to pay 200$ just for this to happen again.

Unfortunately I didn’t not read reviews. I wish I did. One of the door panels shattered on my contractor during installation. I do not recommend buying these doors.

easy to clean interior glass, easy install. Rollers are very smooth, almost too smooth. A slight touch of the door will move it several inches. door stay put when closed. Insure walls are plumb and level.

I’ve installed a couple of these. They work well and look sharp. The dampers provide a consistently soft close. I really appreciate the ease of selecting from various glass and panel options to go with it. Makes it a simple way to offer a custom door option to my customers.

Others have had struggles getting this surround to fit correctly. It’s because the hinge side top and bottom were cut out of square at the factory. Mine was off by about 1/8” which brought the top out over an inch or left a gap at the bottom where it would leak. Had to make strategic cuts to get a good fit. Found it shady that all the hardware for the frame (all packaged and sold seperately) was in the box with the door. They are basically forcing you to buy their door, frame and knob as a set. I gave it two stars because it looks good once finished, but wasn’t an easy DIY install like you’d expect from Home Depot.

When lining up the jams the cuts are far from straight. This means that later on in the installation the caps won't sit as expected. The strike side wall jam is just under 3/16ths higher on the right side, while the strike jam is about 2/16ths higher on the left side. Going to take this back to HD to see if I can get a better one.

I did have an issue with my first set of glass doors. One “exploded” upon installation. It can happen with this glass. However, customer service was excellent in reimbursing me for a replacement set. Therefore, 5 stars for that. Plus it’s looking good now.

easy install .... look amazing ...

Reasonable pricing, pretty simple install. Only had to make two cuts. 1 for bottom track and 1 for top rail. I am very pleased with this product so far. Gonna buy another for second bathroom. And it looks good too. Makes a good upgrade on tub/shower.

Installed this door as indicated in the instructions but cannot get this door to stay closed. I even made sure the top track was level. The hanger bracket keeps shifting to one side. The instructions say, “Do not overtighten” but we have probably tightened it so much that if we keep doing it, the glass may break. It would have been nice if they designed the hanger bracket with two screws instead of one which would prevent it shifting to one side. If I cound get a different door, I would but I dont feel like taking everything apart and starting over.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Shattered in my husbands hands. Exploded in his face when he picked it up. Numerous cuts on his hands and face. Glass pieces embedded in the palm of his hand. Contacted customer service and no response so far (a month ago).

we had these doors, purchased from Home Depot, professionals installed. After three months of use they did this to my two year old, sending him to the ER for stitches. Delta won't help with warranty issues and the company the contracted to is claiming this is a "safe" product and this resulted from the rubber squeegee part. keep your family safe and buy another brand.

First of all - quality is great. We love the final product. Thanks Delta. Second of all - I watched 4 different youtube videos of people putting this together and that was really helpful along with the Delta Video that has hints of how to install. Thirdly - I also did ALL the detailed prep work of surfaces that were needed to be done and was slow and careful with my install. Finally - The whole thing looks so clean and crisp, the doors slide wonderfully easy and soft close feature is really nice, it seals up well enough along the wall, it is taller than our previous door and I love that, we have the raindrop glass in the 1/4 inch (thinner) thickness of the two options and that is good enough - glad we didn't get the heavier, thicker version. No damage, all was in great shape, instructions were good, but watching and reading reviews of other's really helped my process of installing.

Easy to install!

Install was not very time consuming and looks great! Would purchase again.
