This track looks very good and contemporary. We love the way it looks.

Ordered this track via the HD app and waited a week for it to be shipped to the store. Once it arrived, customer service called and mentioned it was an open package that was a pervious return. She mentioned that they checked the box and there was no missing parts. I got it home and it was missing the track rollers. So the original customer service who received the return didn’t check it properly, the warehouse didn’t check it properly, and the customer service that i dealt with also didn’t check it properly. All results in more project delays.

Nice door only down fall is the seal don't seal to great against the tile.

Difficult to install, lots of holes in your tile, once installed makes your bathroom look very high end. Unfortunately, the barn door style rollers stiffen up over time and eventually the door is difficult to slide across. In addition to this, the overlap between the two doors creates a dead spot where you can't get any rags, brushes or cleaning materials so mold and soap scum form. The only way to clean the overlapping part of the glass is to REMOVE THE DOORS. This is very dangerous. I have successfully done this twice over the two years we've had this, and then today I tried a 3rd time to remove the glass. I very carefully set the door down after removing from the track and it shattered all over my feet and made a huge mess all over my bathroom.

Difficult to install, after install was fine for a bit, then mold and soap scum formed in between the two panels and there is NO WAY to get the mold and soap scum stains out without REMOVING the glass panels. The panels are cheap and flimsy and I was very gentle w

I gave it 4 stars because I’ve only had it installed for a month and can’t validate the durability of it yet. The product itself a good solid system. The track system operates smoothly, the glass seems about right, it looks good and functions as it should. It keeps water from getting out. You can adjust doors if needed for more perfect fit. The cons.. I didn’t like the fact that it called for so much exposed caulking. I don’t mind inside the unit. But a bunch of caulk outside takes away from the cleanliness and professional look. My caulking is nice and clean but it’s there. The instructions aren’t clear on how to address a sloped threshold while “caulking” bottom of unit to shower pan. If it’s flat to threshold then where it meets the side trim pieces isn’t flush. I can swear up n down my shower opening is plum and square. I was very meticulous about making sure it was. I installed solid framing where opening was because I considered getting a swinging door. Anyway after install of sliding unit, I found I still had to adjust one of the glass doors. I was able to do that but just a little irritating. Something in the manufacturing off a little? Or my opening off a little? Unit is in. It’s functioning, it looks pretty good. I’d recommend it for the price is right. Oh and the door handles/ bars are tricky to get snug to glass

The kit was missing parts but the company mailed ya a replacement. However the door seals are too irregular to be useful. They came linked and won't straighten.
