I like the look of this faucet, but have been extremely frustrated with the pull out feature since purchasing almost 5 years ago. When I realized it has a lifetime warranty, I thought I would write a review and see if you could remedy this problem. Thanks

I bought the faucet on the advice of my plumber, which was good advice!

We finally got the faucet installed after ordering both it and a sink. We love the looks of the faucet. Hoping the quality lives up to the brand name, have heard some disheartening things about it. It's definitely a right-handed faucet! There was no aerator wrench in the box along with the faucet, so I contacted Delta via their website and had a brand new aerator and wrench in about a week! Impressed with the turnaround! The pull out spray makes things easier in the kitchen!

Looks great and works great. Very solid feel. No problems with it.

Pull out handle very hard to get out of sticks and hosed kinks really easily

This product is not worth the money. I love the style and the color. That is all you are paying for. The top of the faucet has to be shoved in to get it to stay. So it always looks undone. You have to be careful not to bend the hose too much or it leaks. The top of the spray need to be all relined often. The sprays are always getting wonky and spraying funky. This was a big bummer purchase. We have had it for a couple of years now.

Beautiful design, easy installation user friendly handle.

We picked this faucet when we refaced the kitchen in Jan 2019. We like the ease of use and the bronze color.

I bought this faucet and am having the same issue with the nozzle sliding back into the mount piece. I really like the look, but I am afraid that I am going to break my rather pricey faucet. My brother and sister-in-law have the same faucet and they advised they are having the same issue with theirs. Obviously a design flaw. Please let me know what you can do to resolve the situation.

I bought this Delta Cassidy pull out sprayer faucet in Feb. 2017 and it's already failing. It's clogged, I have little water pressure, and I know it isn't the pipes since when I changed out the old faucet for this one, the pressure was about three times better than it had been. The difference was astounding. So it was the faucet that was the problem last time, and it's the faucet that's the problem again this time, and it only took a year and nine months to clog (it has been this way for about a month now). Delta advertises this as "lifetime of Reliable Performance as well as self cleaning and it's neither.

One of the easiest faucets that I have ever installed. My wife enjoys the classic appearance in our Victorian style kitchen. The single handle with dual purpose spout is perfect for our use

I love the look of my Cassidy faucet. However, the pull-out function is not good. It is difficult to get in and out. It retracts smoothly but if you push it in-place all the way the grommets are fitting too tightly to pull it out gracefully. I always feel like I will break the faucet if I try to pull it out when fully seated. it requires some jiggling and I have to secure the main part of the faucet to do so. So it often sits half way in to the receptacle. I hope this works better for other folks.

I purchased 8 eight faucets for my house during a remodel, the bathroom, wet bar and pot fillers have been amazing and beautiful, however the pull out of the 4197-pn-dst is cheaply made and has leaked at a plastic to stainless hose connection and warped the bottom of all the new cabinetry. the o rings that hold the sprayer in place also get worn out and the faucet is hard to remove or put back in after the first year.

I was concerned about the pull out sprayer part but very surprised on how secure it is.

REally impressed with the look of this. It goes well with other brass accents in our kitchen.

This faucet is definitely one of my biggest regrets from our kitchen renovation. I was attracted to the style of it, but it is not functional. It is very large and sticks out quite far into the sink basin. But, the biggest problem is that, after you pull out the sprayer, it is very hard to get it to fit back into the faucet. You really have to force it in to get it to stay put. Otherwise, it kind of dangles from the faucet. Then, when you need to use the sprayer again, you have to forcibly yank it out. Because of all this yanking, the actual faucet keeps loosening from the counter and twisting around. My husband has to go under the sink to tighten the screws about once a month, and they are now almost stripped. So, now we just leave the sprayer dangling out. This is disappointing, because this was not an inexpensive faucet.

Just received my product and have yet to install. Its beautiful. However, it seems as though the sprayer is a different shade than the rest of the faucet.

This faucet was an excellent choice and accents the kitchen well. The installation went smoothly.

The plumber we hired to install our new kitchen faucet gave it very high praise. This is a beautiful faucet that works perfectly. My only comment is, it's a warm colored chrome finish. For some reason I was expecting a "brushed" warm nickel finish... somewhat "satin". But, it's chrome. Completely smooth and shiny. I know I just misunderstood so I'm living with my choice and enjoying it anyway.

I bought this faucet a month ago and I’m still waiting to install.. reno delays.. so far all I can say is it’s very nice

I had a really hard time finding a replacement faucet for our dying one in rubbed bronze with pull out (not down) spray and hoped 'venetian' bronze would be OK. It is. It looks very elegant with our brown quartz counter, works wonderfully and is worth the rather high price (compared to chrome). Great choice.
