We’ve had problems with the faucet drip leaking and have to wiggle the water control handle several times to make it stop dripping. I removed the sprayer wand soaked it overnight in a 50/50 mix of water/white vinegar. That did not fix the problem. I looked for debris around the cartridge made sure it was properly seated and tightened the bonnet. My husband purchased the Delta Cicero single handle pull out sprayer faucet with soap dispenser about 4 years ago at a Home Depot he has early stage Alzheimer’s and can’t remember what credit card was used to purchase it with, can’t remember if he did an online/mail warranty registration and cannot remember where he put the receipt or which Home Depot he bought it at. Customer service at Home Depot told me without that receipt they couldn't lookup the sale. I mailed a letter to Delta about a month ago inquiring if they could check warranty registration records and have not received a response. I am very disappointed.

The faucet came with my coop about four years ago so it took me about 6 hours of constant googling to zero in on what brand I actually have. I would like to try cleaning the aerator before I simply toss this piece of junk and start over. However, there appears to be some sort of tool that I don't have (like a blue roller skate key). Mind you, I do not even know if it will fix the problem. There are two settings, one for normal flow and one for spray. I noticed that while on the normal setting it was starting to spray a little. This is not acceptable at all. I tried pouring a little peroxide on the head to see if it might help and it made the problem much worse. It could be that the botton that controls the flow is shot (it seems kind of cheap). I hear that the manufacturer will send the key for nothing, but I am not about to sit on hold for two hours. I also do not know if the specific key that is available at home depot will work because this model was discontinued (Gee, I wonder why?) and it does not specifically state that it does work for this model.

I wish I could attache this to my initial post. Less than a week ago, I gave this product a very poor review because the sprayer -- one of its best features -- failed after only 2 years. In that review, I said that while we liked the look and finish, we were very disappointed with the durability. I've known the name Delta for years and thought it a good company. This week they proved it. WITHIN DAYS OF MY POST A DELTA EMPLOYEE [thank you Jessica W.] CONTACTED ME ASKING FOR MY ADDRESS SO THEY COULD SEND ME A NEW "WAND"! THEY CONTACTED ME! We were stunned at this degree of customer service. And when the new handle arrived 6 days after my initial post, our opinion of Delta Faucets was not only restored, it was surpassed. Everyone makes mistakes, it what they do AFTER the mistake that tells you who they really are. DELTA FAUCETS stands by its products and values its customers. We could not be more pleased and impressed.

Let me start by stating how much I hate plumbing! This product has changed my mind about plumbing though. It was so easy to install that I couldn't believe how fast I was done installing it! It has a very sleek finish and it also has a high enough neck to put large pots underneath it without getting in the way. PLUS-My wife just absolutely LOVES this faucet! Thanks DELTA!

First, the side-to-side movement became problematic just within one year, with grayish greasy grime coming out at the bottom all the time. Then, it started leaking. I purchased a replacement cartridge, but was unable to remove the handle - the screw is completely stuck so that no tricks worked to loosen it.

This faucet is not worth the money that you spend on it. We've had nothing but issues. At almost $200 for this purchase, we are disappointed, to say the least, that the faucet leaks regardless which way you turn the handle to turn it off. In addition, the base of the faucet leaks, which then in turn destroyed our caulking/tile work on the back of our countertop, as the water pooled unbeknownst to us as we have dark countertops. Now we have to either fix with replacement parts, so dumping more money into it, or buy a new faucet. Do not buy Delta!

This faucet has the terrible habit of being very difficult to shut off. Almost every time I’d go to shut it off (quite often in the course of doing dishes) it was either dripping or even running slightly. Finding the exact spot where it was truly shut off was quite difficult, annoying and ultimately led to my returning the product.

Excellent if it lasts as the one it replaced. Depends on the SS quality and the SS rust we get out of Asian product. Soap dispenser not easy to operate. Too bulky.

Solid build, doesn't feel cheap. Very simple install. Functionality is amazing with very easy hot cold adjusting handle ( our old one was almost stuck completely) the hose also pulls out further than out last one. I don't have any cons for this model.

Repair parts fixed the leak, service was first rate!

Performs decently since 2010 installation by previous owner. Lacks a feature I’ve come to see as essential. The spray setting remains after water is turned off. This has been an issue as I forget to reset stream after use and the wife doesn’t like a surprise spray. In January 2020 the spray selector finally clogged for good. Delta is providing a replacement part.

I had this exact model for 12 years and needed a new one because of all of the hard water damage.Installed easy and will last much longer now that I have also installed a descaler into my homes system.

It just has a bulky feel to it and I find the aerator/steady stream control buttons somewhat awkward to manipulate, especially in some positions. Also, the spray hose has a tendency to kink close to the handle (I think caused in part by the awkwardness of reaching and manipulating the spray buttons) and I foresee problems not too far down the road with having to replace the hose

Attractive. I just replaced a second cartridge because the shaft broke off in the handle again. This time I had to drill to extract. This left handle "sloppy". Was gonna replace faucet when I found the warranty. OMG! They are sending me a new handle and cartridge! Delta rocks!

This faucet works great and was very easy to install. This is the second time I purchased this model. The first one lasted 10+ years which exceeded our expectations. A very good and attractive faucet.

It works well and looks good. I like having the handle on top instead of on the right side as most seem to have now. Delta faucets are good quality. The price was good.

Purchased this DELTA kitchen faucet ..love the design and easy installation..Having a big problem with huge grinding sound made when the water handle is turned for on and off..and water temperature..Sounds Awful~~ Hoping that DELTA will remedy this issue..still under warranty~~!
