It was very easy to install. Easy to drill. Great product

The Home Depot we bought this from, the tub and surround were elevated so there was no way to step inside. I fell in love with the surround due to all the shelving space I would need for the family. Upon installing it there are design flaws. After completing the install I finally stepped inside and the walls protrude into the tub space making it very claustrophobic. The other design flaw is with the tub spout. The standard tub spout is around 5". The walls contour in and for the standard tub spout this makes it less than ideal. We bought the Windemere tub and shower trim by Delta and with the standard tub spout installed on the walls it dumps the water directly onto the overflow cover of the tub. This posses issues that your cap must be completely sealed to not leak and with the overflow cap we bought will actually catch and drain some of the water out of the spout. Now we have to buy a longer spout and to match the bronze are looking at another $100 just to make the spout right because of the design on the walls.(Yes a standard spout will work but its less than ideal) The last complaint is not a big deal. Just that the instructions are universal. I had the studs laid out per Delta's directions and on the long back wall when I put adhesive on the studs two of the studs with adhesive didn't even touch the surround.

I find this is too far into the tub. I have to make sure the showerhead points right to the middle of this because it sticks out too far on either side. I was going to get another one for the upstairs bathroom but now that I have it in mine I will get a different one that does not stick so far out and I have a 32" wide tub so oversized and still do not like this. The side shelves hold nothing but soap, everything else falls off. It is pretty but not functhional.

Very Nice and solid, well made. I replaced a old tub and surround by removing them both to the studs. Then installed a new Delta Classic 400 curve tub and surround. The surround fit like a glove and looks nice and clean. I patch 6" of drywall around the sides and Top and it really looks nice. I am glad I went to the studs because it was a older home and the studs were not in the proper place so I did add studs to add support to the surround. This also let me inspect the pluming for any leaks or bad joints.

This tub surround is elegant and makes our bathroom look amazing! The shelves have plenty of room. The sleek design is far beyond the flat plain boring tub surrounds.

The Delta curve 400 fit very nicely and looks good in my bathroom. A flaw with the tub is that the black base and the tub itself creates a bad seal by the bottom drain. To fix this some silicone sealant must be used to seal this gap before the bottom drain is put in.

Excellent for what was needed. Nice look and function. Very limited adjustment available for fitting. Given the very reduced price from alternatives this surround is an excellent deal!

If u have the space , the curve in the tub makes a huge differenc,it's a very soft plastic, , I returned it and got a bootz brand surround and Maui tub very heavy and tough, love it

I believe they should carry this item in stock it's affordable and nice

if you purchase this product be prepared to do a lot of fixing of edges yourself. the panels are cut horribly, not even or square. I will be looking at other manufacturers for my other bathroom installs. typical "made in u.s.a." garbage.

The joint at the front edges could have been more precise.

Quality is good. Instructions were lacking. I measured for the fixtures as instructed, and it came out wrong. Measure from the back wall, not the front edge of the opening.

Tho This surround was very easy to install and looks very nice

The actual dimensions were slightly shorter on the depth of the side panels. The contractor was able to use extra moldings to blend into the base of the showers. It was whiter than the base so there is a slight color difference.

Great surround with a lot of storage space. One thing to consider that I didn't is you will lose some space in the shower. The shelves and design stick out a few inches therefore you may find yourself bumping elbows with it from time to time. To compensate we luckily chose a tub that has a curve to it giving us a little more elbow room on the other side by the shower curtain.
