I had a GREAT customer service experience with Delta.
I had purchased this soap dispenser previously, and the little stem broke off. When I reported this to Delta, they responded immediately and generously by sending me a new unit. Thank you, Delta--and Jessica especially.

Great dispenser!!
Great looking/operating dispenser. Extra length of nozzle allows soap to reach into the sink basin. Very stylish stainless steel configuration. Even comes with funnel to fill soap bottle easier. Little on the pricey side but worth the few extra $$.

Love the color and design is correct for the antique high arch faucet I purchased to accompany it.
