I love this faucet. It took 35 minutes to install not including taking out the old faucet. The installation instructions had pictures and were clear to understand. It was pretty easy to install. It didn’t matter that my water lines were very stiff (made of pex ). I had a hard time hooking up the cold water because my sink cabinet didn’t give a straight shot to the cold. The neck of the faucet is not as sensitive as I thought. Faucet doesn't always turn on with a touch on the neck. However if you touch the handle it always turns on. We used AA batteries to see how long they would last. They lasted about a month and a half. It has the option of using C size batteries which would be much longer and my make it more sensitive. The manual says dripping is normal when you are using the touch feature but stops very quickly. I like both the shower spray and regular stream of water. And, I love that I can pull the handle down to spray the whole sink. This is a great product. Enjoy.

The most difficult part of installing this faucet was actually removing the old one. The installation instructions are well written and illustrated. This faucet is intended for a single hole cutout but has a cover that can be added if you are replacing a three hole design (faucet and two handles). It can be used with sinks that are mounted either above or below the counter. You'll notice that there are "extra" tubes coming out of the faucet compared with standard hardware. There are of course the hot and cold water supply lines and the outlet tube to the faucet itself along with wiring for the "Touch2O" technology. My sink is an undermount and due to the location of one of its brackets I could not add the recommended mounting plate; however the main mounting brass ring and screws are more than enough for a rock solid installation. When attaching the supply lines, read the instructions carefully...you'll need to add an included check valve onto each. There are also possible variations in water line attachment if you have an uncommon setup. The faucet can run without power but for the touch technology you'll need either 6AA (2 yr life) or 6C batteries (5 yrs); there's a removable battery tray to change sizes. If you have an available outlet under the sink you can purchase a separate AC adapter (make sure you're not plugging into an outlet that only turns on with a garbage disposal switch). The faucet looks amazing on its own. It has a small LED in its base that is blue with cold water, pink as it warms up, and red when hot. The water stream is strong and flow can be adjusted manually via the handle. The nozzle removes easily and extends without catching. It retracts without issue and has a magnetic connection to hold it in place. As far as the tech goes, the Touch2O response is to turn the water off and on. You just leave the handle in the open flow position at a desired temperature and touch the faucet anywhere on its metal. My wife has no issues touching the arch of the faucet even with her forearm. I have 100% response touching the tip of the flow handle even with just my finger. It's a great shortcut. This faucet is a must have if you like gadgets...or even just a well functioning and sleek design.

Nice for the first time home buyer. The magnet does keep it attached to the stem nicely. Fairly easy to install and looks nice.It is lightweight chrome finish but there is a lifetime warantee on the finish. Reasonably priced and practical as it swivels 360 degrees. The faucet pulls down easily and stays down without retracting when you want it to stay.

This faucet is a single handle unit that requires a larger hole size than our 10 year old granite counter which has a standard 3 hole design and accepts most kitchen faucets on the market. The hole size needs to be 1 3/8" and ours is only 1". The deck plate contains two 1" side mounts and a center hole to insert the faucet which is 1 3/8". Our counter was pre-drilled with three 1" holes so this faucet does not fit. Product description should include the hole size requirement. I wish it fit because this faucet is very heavy and looks great. It has a chrome finish and seems to be very well made.

Installation is very easy all you need is a Phillips screwdriver and a pliers. It took me about 20 minutes to install. The instructions are good and easy to follow as they are listed in steps. I like the quality of this faucet as the weight is good and the finish is excellent. It does come with a counter plate however I chose not to use this as I believe the look is cleaner without and will not have to clean the plate. A very nice stylish faucet.

everything works fine, the only complaint is the on/off handle is very stiff and you need to hold it firmly to turn it off. Most other handles are not as stiff and easier to turn on and off.

I was excited about this faucet but it really has been frustrating. It looks good, I love the temp color LED, and it look good, Unfortunately, the spray head only stays straight in the swingarm - means you can't point the head somewhere and have it stay there. The spray selection, stream or spray, doesn't reset to stream when off -- I can't tell you how many times I've sprayed all over by accident. But the kicker is, the ToucH20 turns itself off and on by itself when using -- it doesn't take a full touch to toggle, even a brush by without touching the faucet will turn it on/off. It's a pain. I tried to disconnect the clip from the shank, but the faucet doesn't work at all then. The installation manual states " see manual bypass of electronics" but there isn't a section...

Upon installation, we discovered a long, thin crack at the base of the faucet. We had to return it. The good news is that the in-store return process was very easy.

I love this faucet. We have very tight space at back of sink. This fit perfectly. I love, love the touch feature. I also added the ac adapter so I don't have to mess with batteries.

Like the touch on feature. Bought tge adapter and plugged it in to save on battery life. Sleek look too.

The temperature will not change from hot to cold. I either have cold or hot water.
