Thank you for your review, Noworkie! The issue you are referring to is due to the Rotational Limit Stop not being set at the time of installation. The RP46074 cartridge included with this trim is designed to be taken apart. The reason it is designed to be taken apart, is so the seats and springs inside the cartridge can be accessed.
