This shower head is superb

For $150 you would expect better quality. Flow of water is lower. Wand button does not work properly. It gets trapped between spray features and will not allow you to correct.

Well crafted and works great! Easy to install

My wife loves it. The multiple shower head settings makes showering a pleasure. The detachable hand wand is ideal for rinsing down shower walls.

This Delta In2iion was very easy to install. We also like how the hand held easily fits back into the bottom of the shower head to provide more spray.

Unfortunately, The connector link between the hose and the shower head just pushes into place and doesn’t screw in. Therefore the hose pops out of the head with any pull on the hose.

Not as forceful as I thought it would be. And a gasket to the hose was missing. Couldn't get a replacement gasket at Home Depot.

Easy to install. Excellent shower head. Much better than original Delta we had. Bigger spray. Wand works great for rinsing shower walls or giving dogs a wash.

the area for the massage feature is too small, and the pressure is not quite enough when you use the handheld.

We bought this shower head over a year ago and was working great until recently the button on the wand started getting stuck. It released one or two times but this last time it will not pop out! Now its stuck between two spray modes and is useless. Need something that I can count on daily. Really dissappointed with the quality on this one. Built to fail. :( sad face

It's wonderful. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 is because I wish it was harder. Not sure if it my water or the shower head. But all and all I love it.

Simple install, simple operation.

This diamond technology is perfect for metal allergy skin suffers. I am in love with Delta. I had to replace my Kohler shower head because it turns out that Kohler uses nickel as a substrate to plate their metals including chrome. So, I installed it and ended up having a rash every time after a shower. I did some investigation and found that it is because of what they put into their manufacturing process...NICKEL! So, I reached out to Delta and they were so helpful with recommending the Diamond Technology. So, far it worked. Please please delta keep this line of technology.

Easy to install, great water pressure, love the hand held sprayer. It is plastic but then So is everything else.

It's works but, it's a whole lot of shower head with only 3 settings. I expected more options since it was manufactured by Delta.

There was a time when top tier brands like Delta were synonymous with quality. Not so much any more. Build quality: Just about every part of this shower head is plastic and it feels cheap. Because of that it does not seal on the threads like any other metal showerhead. It does have a metal screen encapsulated by a rubber/plastic washer that is supposed to help sealing. On mine it mostly got crushed into the outlet pipe but after cranking on the plastic part a bit I did finally get it to stop leaking. I was concerned about cracking the plastic though. Water quality (with restrictor): With the flow restrictor in place the shower head was useless. You would get a better wash by standing in the rain. the water barely comes out on any setting other than the 5 central holes and even then it's not very good. Also note that I have good water pressure and flow at my house. The restrictor seemed to be held in bay some ridges and could not be easily removed. I ended up having to drill it out and I made sure to clear the plastic remnants so as to not clog the holes in any way. Water quality (without restrictor): With the restrictor removed the flow and pressure was acceptable. I leave it on the setting with all the little holes in the main head and the wand. This is what made me bump it up to 2 stars. Overall I would have been much more satisfied if the cost of this head was in the $50-$70 range. At ~$150 that they are asking it's just not worth it. I have some other showers that need new heads and I will be looking elsewhere. I will at least keep this one for a week or two more before I decide what to do with it.

It leaks. Being plastic, the threads are getting wrecked as I try to screw it on.

Extremely cheap material- light weight and feels like the finish will start to peel at any moment. The functionality of the hand held spray is too complicated.

The shower head was outstanding I would recommend it to a friend
