Easy installation and works well.

I wanted a toilet compact it were a litter bit bigger than I want it to be.

Great flushing power. Quick flush for liquids, hold handle down for solids until flush is complete. This is the second Luxford we have installed in a new home. Very pleased.

The water pump in this toilet takes about 15 minutes to fill out the tank, when in other toilets it takes 20-30 seconds.15 minutes is long time, if you consider flushing toilet a few times while using it, to prevent clogging. I am not sure, if pump is bad, or is just meant to be like that.

The toilet spits up water when you flush it. This was the perfect size for our small 1/4 bath but not thrilled with the possibility of returning it due to a defect as I doubt it is supposed to spit water.

5 stars for HD. 3 for Delta. Perfect condition on delivery.Our first water efficient toilet. Disappointed in it's ability to cleanly evacuate with one flush. Like the lid's no slam feature, but not so on it's lightweight construction. Both seat and lid are concave and more difficult to keep clean.

Easy install, Worked as it should from the start. Flush is good.

I'm returning it because I actually wanted the elongated bowl. The round is too small and short for me. It feels like a child's toilet whereas the elongated one feels more comfortable. My friend has the elongated and I compared.

Installed it three weeks ago to replace a 30 yr. old toilet in a seldom used upstairs bath room. Works great, no problems love the chair height.

After doing a lot of research on the major brands of toilets, I decided on the Delta Luxford. Home Depot offered it in the round bowl style, which I needed. The style of the toilet is very nice. Like many of its competitors, it offers a smaller tank and the WaterSense feature. I was replacing a 22-year old Eljer that could have been rebuilt, but it used 1.6 gallons per flush. Also, I wanted the chair height. This is a nice feature for older adults or disabled persons as it makes it easier to sit and rise from the seat and places less stress on the knees. The Luxford was easily installed. If I could have lifted the weight, which was about 85 lbs., I could have installed it myself. A great feature is the design of the tank to bowl bolting system. No in-tank bolts that might leak some day. Also, Delta's use of floor-mounting bolt caps that are taller and don't require cutting the floor bolts to allow the caps to fit. My handyman brought his cutting tool anticipating some bolt cutting and was surprised not to need it. While I was initially hesitant about a toilet that used so little water per flush, Delta's Luxford does a great job of moving the solid waste out of the bowl. If I need a little extra water, I just hold the handle down for a second before releasing, but this is rare. So, I am very happy with this product. I hope that HD continues to carry this model as I plan to buy another one next year. Thanks to Delta for a great product. I only wish that HD carried it in the store. I had to wait nearly 10 days for delivery, but the box came in great condition and Delta really packed the toilet for protection during shipping. The toilet was installed on September 24, 2018.

Flushes fine, but the most uncomfortable seat I have encountered - curves in too much so it doesn't support your bottom. It has to be replaced. Also, with seat it's taller than other "chair height" in my house, so too tall. Flushes fine, though noisy for short duration. Not as sleek a design as I expected.

The toilet looks great and lots of power in the flush for small amount of water used.

Very easy to assemble and the instructions are very easy to understand. We installed two of these and it has been a month to this point and they are performing great. Just finished a holiday week with a house full and no clogs. Flushes great and cleans the bowl every time. My wife is much happier now. The only thing I would suggest to the manufacturer and any DIY'r is the instructions don't tell you how tight to tighten the nuts. I've installed toilets before so I know that you can easily crack the base if you go too tight, so for the beginner, just take it easy and slow and you will enjoy this toilet.

Stylish upgrade for our kid's bathroom. My husband had it in place and working perfectly in no time. We bought it online for a good price and did store pickup, which was also a breeze. The Home Depot has been great for all of our renovation purchases thus far!

Works great ... easy to install ... size was perfect for small bathroom

This toilet seems like it will be fine for a secondary bathroom. It is a bit loud as it seems to have some assistance for disposal. The main issue I did not realize until I looked at other websites about this toilet is that it does not use normal standard toilet internals - so when something goes wrong we will need to find the specific parts to this toilet. I'm crossing my fingers things will work well. I have yet to experience issues with the water level, but the install was pretty easy, the plumber didn't have any issues and it was nice to have a complete install kit.

We had 40 year old toilets, and bought two of these models for our house with which to replace them. We have had them for several weeks now. They take up less space than our old toilets, we have small bathrooms, and use a lot less water. Because they are "throne" seats, they are more comfortable. All in all they were a good purchase.

This toilet was a good purchase. It was on sale, which is good, it was easy to install, functions perfectly and the slow-close lid is a nice feature. It's taken me a little time to get used to how fast it flushes and the height of the seat, but that's no biggy. When looking on-line, I chose this one because it had a very small amout of negative reviews. Just remember to take your old water supply line with you to match up with a new one. I forgot that they came with multiple types of fitting ends
