This is a nice addition to the bathroom. Size of towel bar was perfect. Color is aligned with toilet bar and faucet. Great look.

Really liked the fact that they included a mounting template with a level. Pretty ingenious. Worked like a champ, but would advise two people to attach the template to the wall so you can keep the paper as flat as possible. The product seems pretty durable and feels pretty solid with the wall anchors provided.

I love the look of the towel bar, but I had two problems installing it. The plastic wall anchors that came with the unit broke off screwing them into the wall. I had to purchase more standard wall anchors from the hardware store. Secondly, tightening the set screw after putting the two ends on the wall was very difficult. Screw very small and tool provided doesn't insert into the screw very easily.

Lovely addition to our bathroom upgrade.

The brackets are not hollow. Not able to mount yet until I can find a filler for the brackets. Beautiful but not inefficient.

Towel bar mounted fine but do not use measurements quoted in directions. Just use the drawn lines on template for reference since the quoted measurements were incorrect (like 26 3/4 instead of 26 3/8 I think it was) - close but not close enough. Otherwise mounted fine with no issues.

Looks nice, we needed a shorter towel rod, this one is working perfectly.

Many other’s available for much less.

I like the design and the look of the towel bar. However, the wall anchor screw is horrible! I purchased two of the 18” towel bars and one 24”. Three out of three of the wall anchors stripped in the wall. In each instance, when the screw was about 1/8” from the wall, the anchor began spinning in the wall leaving a large hole. I finally purchased the reliable plastic anchors that look like an alligator mouth that opens in the wall. Ditch the Delta provided wall anchors. It's a shame that Delta did not supply decent anchors.
