Excellent purchase, touch sensor is the best thing ever

We had to replace an existing Delta touch faucet. This one is very cool looking. We love it. I also like the addition of the temperature color light. The flat top of the faucet picks up water-drops and needs to be wiped down constantly. (attached foto is recently wiped) Lastly, I am far from handy. I watched the install video on HD website and decided to give it a try. The install went perfect with no issues.

It's pretty awesome to be able to touch the unit and have the water turn on and off. The advantage is highlighted when your hands are either messy or wet. By touching the spout, your hands are always over the sink so any drip or splash is in the sink, not the counter keeping everything much cleaner. One change we made is we hooked up the hot and cold feeds opposite to the directions. So now hot water is with the adjustment handle straight up. We wanted warm water to come out when we use the touch control to turn the water on and this way the handle is pointing straight up and out of the way not horizontal where we banged into it often. Plus it looks better with the handle pointing up not out when not in use. There are some limitations with the hose as it works fine, but is not very long giving you limited extension to fill the counter-top coffee maker etc. It was not the easiest to install nor the hardest and we managed after a little difficulty getting the wrench that came with the unit onto the main nut that tightens and holds the faucet in place. Since all the hoses and the threaded stem all come through the same hole, I had to really pull hard on the connection hoses to get them out of the way to seat the wrench onto the nut so I could tighten it on the stem securing the faucet in place. All in all, beautiful and functional. We are very happy with our selection.

Paid $700+ for a sink tap and after 1 year this thing goes kaput. Worst problem is that something has gone terribly wrong and when you use the hot water even slightly now - the entire shaft of the tap gets really hot, overheats, then the entire tap shuts off and you have to wait for it to cool down before you can use it again. Not sure how to get my money back or get it replaced! Purchased Feb 23 2021, and here it is Oct 26 2023

We’ve had this faucet for a little over the year. It is the best faucet everrrrrr. I would recommend it to anyone. Yes it’s a little pricey and it cost more than my sink. It’s worth every penny.

Wanted a modern looking kitchen faucet for my updated kitchen.

Really nice kitchen faucet. Excellent quality. Issues are: 1. Magnetic head isn’t strong enough. Easily knocked loose on faucet. 2. O ring connector that holds spray head on needs work. Spray head can pop off from black hose and sprays water all over the place.

Just so easy to use and a great add on to my kitchen

I love the look but once my handyman installed is more beautiful I love the touch less easy to use and super handy.

The faucet is stylish with a modern design. The water pressure is terrific. Very satisfied with this purchase. It was well worth the price.

Faucet fakes some getting used too. Fingerprints all the time always a small.issue with flow volumes. Do not like the switch on faucet head. Feels cheap and a pain to switch from stream to straight flow. Really glad there is a 4 minute auto shut off

I bought this faucet six months ago in prep for a new house, just installed by a plumber last week only to find that, whenever it's left on with the touch feature, it leaks from the handle. The plumber took the handle off and tightened this valve connection but it continues to leak, so he stayed it's a manufacturing defect. For what I paid, I shouldn't have this issue and how do I get this replaced?

Easy assembly, high quality materials. The combination of the magnetic docking and the lack of pulleys, weights etc. below counter level is great.

Very nice, get one you will love it....

I bought this a few months ago and it has been working great. I like that when you turn on the water to run it will automatically turn off it you forget about it. So no worries about leaving the water on too long. The only thing that I don't like so far is the price.

Absolutely beautiful, very sleek, modern, black stainless was perfect choice for my black granite countertop/white cabinets. It works exactly as described, the water temperature light is helpful. It pivots 360 degrees with no problem. Easily changes from a stream to a spray. Would buy again
