Install Issues
I bought this unit for a Roman tub set up. After installation the plumber and I realized the handles (valves) turn a half turn rather than a quarter, as specified. So now my handles interfere with each other. Plus, the diverter will not allow the hand held shower to come on unless there is a lot of water pressure and the hand held shower will not cut off unless the water is turned off. It cannot be operated with the plunger behind the spout.

Huge disappointment
Don’t buy it!
This tub faucet and hand held shower trim kits appearance is deceiving. Not as shown in the web page or manual. The faucet handles when installed are backwards due to the mechanism not being a 1/4 turn, instead a half turn. The result is Very odd looking. Very disappointing. Very frustrating. Very expensive.

Can't see it
Can't see it since it is hidden, but have not noticed any problems, such as leaks and so forth. Water flows as it should. Would see leaks since it is on second floor above the study.

HomeDepotCustomer, I'm very sorry to hear that the valve is not shutting off properly! Please ensure that the valves have not been reversed and that the corrugated tubes are leading to the spout. Please also turn off the water supplies and check to make sure that the seats and springs are installed correctly with the wide end of the spring down and the seat on top. The stem should have a stainless steel plate on the bottom. For further assistance, please contact our customer service team as we would be happy to help!

It was some what of a challenge to install but...
It was some what of a challenge to install but that was primarily due to the tiny space afforded by the free standing tub it was installed in. Looks great .. feels substantial .. however, the hand shower doesn't fit as well in it's holder as it should.

I found it very easy to install a simple durable...
I found it very easy to install a simple durable valve that should last a long time. It took me longer to remove the old valve than to install the this. My water is very mean to tub and valve metal, time will tell but I think it will last.

I would never buy the Roman faucet set again. They are to expensive and the rough in package should be included when you buy the taps.

Diverter function of this rough-in is only adequate (some dripping after it's closed). We had better results with similar previous valve rough-in kit from Delta. I'd select a different, better quality valve rough-in next time.

No! The hose for the hand held wand is way...
No! The hose for the hand held wand is way too short! If you want to be able to rinse more than just one half of your tub you will need to buy a second, longer hose. Which we did. Also the water pressure to the wand is absolutely pathetic. The water does not spray at all. It just sort of falls.
