Having another baby 9 years later, kept our Dream On Me Crib in the basement, because "we just never knew." Well I lost some hardware, got on their website emailed them about a hardware kit to order, and they were back to me within minutes. Highly recommend their customer service!!!

This crib is durable and met the needs of my family. My little one was able to utilize this convertible crib for several year as she transitioned from infant, toddler and school age. I like the flexibility of the crib and it’s easy to put together.

We have this crib and like it. During moving, we lost some of the screws. Customer service has been great to get us the replacement screws! I would recommend them.

I bought this over a year ago now for my daughter and she still gets to use it! It’s nice not having to buy a crib and a toddler bed separately! This crib is very reliable, sturdy and has good storage too!

Our son has used his bed for the last 2.5 years and really likes it - the bed is nice and roomy for him to roll around in even as he got bigger - and the storage drawers / changing pad area have been very useful for him growing up as well! Assembly was really easy as well (we moved a lot, and even without instructions, it was decently straightforward). Would recommend for anybody looking into buying a crib!

I bought this crib for my grandbaby. The main reason was it can go from crib to toddler bed to twin bed and has a drawers built right in. I highly recommend this crib. It is very well made and heavy duty.

Bought this for my baby, was able to use changing table for about a year before baby outgrew it, now is used as side table. Very sturdy wooden construction. Easy to convert.

We got one as a gift for our first child and we have loved it. And it lasts! Child two is enjoying it now!

My little one will arrive in a few months so haven't got to use it yet but I love it so far. Fits in his bedroom great. I love the fact is a combo crib & changing table. Also, love that it can be converted to a bigger bed.

I’ve had the crib for over a year. The quality is very nice and sturdy. It’s relatively easy to put together as well. The shelving, drawers and changing table are very convenient.

We are very happy with this crib. The attached change table saves space and time when changing baby anytime, but especially in the middle of the night. The customer service is also fantastic. Highly recommend!

I had this crib handed down to me and wow is it still sturdy and secure. There has been no splittering, my little girl can’t climb up on it and it’s all around worth the price. And it converts into a day bed so this is grow with my family. The changing table with drawers are so helpful.

My brother purchased this for my son, and now I am going to use it for my daughter! I love the convenience of the changing table and height, I put it together myself so it’s not hard to assemble. Great product!

I bought this 2 1/2 years ago, it was a beautiful crib in Cherry. I'm now in the process of changing it into a bed. I would have sent pictures, but I took it apart already and am in the process of making it into a bed. I messed up and didn't order the conversion posts so am waiting for those. From what I see I believe the bed will be just as nice and sturdy as the crib was. Again, it was a beautiful crib.

I bought the style 620 dream on me crib and is the best purchased I made for our baby, easy to put together and very nice crib.

We purchased this crib and we absolutely love everything about it! We had a few issue however Mr. Rahul an amazing and extremely helpful service member @ Dream on me went above and beyond everything we could ask for. We purchased the crib and unfortunately through transit arrived with a punctured hole through one of the main pieces. Wr emailed in with our concern and Rahul was so professional and helpful. Literally had this resolved and our worries gone within a few hrs. They shipped out a new piece and we are expecting baby girl in 2 weeks. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you soooo much. The crib is extreme sturdy, and held up well! The customer service has been amazing! I’d highly recommend this crib and this company to anyone!

I actually bought the Brody 4 in 1 convertible crib changer in 2017. I believe the 5 in 1 has another option for the footboard. I am currently converting it to a full size bed. I made a mistake not buying the conversion kit the same time I bought the crib. However, Dream on Me has helped me obtain the conversion kit needed for this crib. I haven’t received it yet so can’t speak to how well it converts. As for the crib, totally satisfied.

The crib itself is fairly easy to put together. Beautiful secure construction. Above all of that though the customer support is beyond words. I received this crib as a gift from a friend and I had a lot of hardware broken. I purchased new hardware which was very cheap. Per normal getting anything delivered by fedex is a nightmare. The good news is customer support was amazing. Swati was emailing me updates even on the weekends to ensure that I got the hardware. Truly amazing.

I loved that the changing table was attached to the bed, originally I was going to just use a dresser with the changing pad. This was easy to setup, and makes it convenient for changing in the middle of the night. I can’t wait for my little one to be here to enjoy it!

Once the crib was assembled, we missed one step and couldn’t adjust the mattress from the lowest position. We emailed Dream on Me and they sent us the missing instructions. We are very happy with both the crib and the great customer service.

The crib is great but changing table has border edges that allow hands to go through it and my baby’s hand always gets stuck in it. So be very careful when you remove him from the changing table. I wish the edges did not have space for hand to go through it.

This crib was purchased over 3 years ago when I had my son. As a Crib- worked great until he started climbing into the changing area when he woke up at night-thankfully he never fell. Well, now that he's older and WAY more mobile, we decided to convert to the full size bed (my toddler has an issue with the crib mattresses). After spending the same as crib's original cost in conversion kits/ rails- doubling the cost of the crib- and having to find bolts that were actually long enough to connect the rails to the foot and head boards, we finally had the full size bed assembled. I went to move the bed to clean and the middle joist of the bed rail snapped causing the bed to sag in the middle on one side. So now my son doesn't have a bed to sleep in until we can get better rails and I have to pay even more money to fix this. Could I reach out to get a replacement part- sure. But this kind of issue will happen again when I move it to clean because the quality of the rails is sub-par.

Our son & his wife love the crib but we were disappointed that it didn’t come with a mattress.
