This drain is no where near center and now has to be returned. Very irritating on a perfectly square base (36x36)

Looks exactly as pictured. Good quality base and doors. A two person install, but everything went according to instructions. Couldn't be happier.

Looks great. Have not used it yet. Crisp white. Looks great with my tile.

Great product

I completed the shower a week ago, so far we really like it, the material provides a non slip surface. Installation was straight forward all though I would have liked more direction on how much mortar to use, I used one 80lb. bag and it seemed to be just enough. I decided to use galvanized corrugated metal for the walls and really like how it turned out at a fraction of the cost of other materials.

Great for bathroom remodel. Was selling a home that needed bathroom remodel. This is a great option compared to tiling the shower floor. Little hard to fit in a remodel job but once it is secure. Still looks great after a year

Contractor installed in late November - he was impressed with the well built and heavy pan. Only thing I do not understand is why the center drain is only centered side to side and not front to back

The shower base has lots of round cup like level ers built into the underneath that make it ready to get fastened into thinner mortar to install. It feels real solid. Love the textured surface of the shower base.

Easy install, very solid when set on mortar base. Need to allow .25 inches from studs so backer board comes flush with perimeter flanges for tile install.

I always wanted a walk in shower without a door and this product is long enough that I have my dream shower. No door needed!

This was a super easy install for me and my husband! We did it in one afternoon and have been so glad that we did. We installed it because my Dad will be moving in with us and we needed a 'walk in' type shower and this is perfect. Didn't realize how much we would enjoy it also, but we sure do!!

So we purchased a house with a basement bathroom all roughed in. We decided to finish it off ourselves and this shower base was the first step in the project.This shower base was priced right but had only one review. So I thought I would let everyone know how it went. We had it delivered to the store and was shipped fairly quickly. The shower base was packaged very well, well beyond what we expected. When you open the package you will see right off that it is of quality material. It felt strong, not flimsy like others I have held. The dimensions are correct. Simply line up your drain, make sure it is level and place some thin set on the floor. We used about 3/4 of a bag of thin set. Like I said the shower pan is well built and the thin set makes this solid. There are no screws or brackets. The sheet rock sits on the very top lip around the edges and then there is a second lip where your tile or wall surround will sit into . The only issue we had was the install instructions on Home Depot web site were different from what came with the shower. The only difference was the drain location measurements. If you are doing new construction or are able to get to the drain from below like in a basement ceiling this will be perfect for you. Our drain was in the concrete so we had to find the right drain. We went with the Sioux Chief 2 in. PVC Shower Drain with Strainer Model # 828-2PK. Simply screw on the bottom part of the drain to the bottom of the pan and tighten. Then once the shower is in place you screw the gasket down onto the pipe and you are done. The drain was the hardest thing for us again because the pipes were already buried under the ground. You will not be disappointed with this shower pan!

The pan had to be returned after discovering a crack on one of the corners. This was ordered on June 17th and didn’t arrive until July 4th. Since we had this project contracted with a plumber, the project was being delayed so we chose a different type of shower floor. The service in the store was not the problem. The company that shipped the pan or the shipping company itself was the issue.

Over-rated and pricey. All of the shower bases are made in China. No significant increase in quality as opposed to cheaper brands.
