Great quality
This shower door is well made! The glass doors are very heavy and not flimsy! There are no leaks since there's a bottom rail. No water splashes out where the 2 doors meet either. I'm very impressed with this shower door!!

These doors are beautiful and add a rich, striking element to the bath we installed them in last month. Installation is relatively straight-forward and I was able to get the rails position and caulked in a couple of hours. Installing the doors themselves took about half an hour and you will absolutely need a friend to do so. The materials are high-quality and the glass is thick and heavy and the accessory pieces are well-made and handsome. This is a terrific system that is forgiving during installation and beautiful upon completion!

I really love this door. I have had it now for about 6 weeks. My installer said it is a high end product. I would say that it should be installed by a pro. The glass is thick and heavy, which is nice. It is coated so it stays clean without water stains. Rolls very easy and no water gets out.

The product is nice quality and looks great installed. The glass doors are ample thickness and slide nicely. We purchased this door partially because it is one of the few that goes to 59 1/2". The only issue we had with installation is installing the rectangle door stoppers in the frame. Two of the screws broke off in the frame and did not screw in. We called the manufacturer and they noted this happens because the holes in stoppers were not drilled large enough. To fix we'll need to get the broken screws out somehow and replace with our own after drilling out the holes to make them a bit larger. The installation was easy otherwise and the door went up in 1-2 hours. The instructions were adequate. Great price for a nice quality door that is water tight.

We were very undecided on which shower door to buy for our new bathroom remodel. After much research, we decided to go with the Dreamline Encore in chrome. It was very well packed and arrived in excellent condition. We had a professional install it and are very happy with the results. It is a tall door which goes great with the new shower head we installed. The doors fit perfectly / snuggly in the frames not allowing any water to come out, and also slide very smoothly. It also looks great.

My order was delayed 3 times over an 8-10 week period which cost myself and my contractor financial impact. Yes, I was compensated for the first issue which we believe the door was lost or broken as no one could tell us where it was, then the wrong door was delivered the second time , and I was told that there would be additional compensation once the right door was delivered but crickets. I have been a member since 2000, and this experience was terrible. I am a Sales Director for a Fortune 500 company where customer service is king. This may be my last purchase of this size from HD.

Very disappointed in the customer service center. This item had to be shipped to your location. I received notice that the shower door was ready to pick up. My contractor arrived and customer could not locate the door for over an hour. I had to pay my contractor for their lost time. Frustrated!

I order the first one online and also I read the other reviews before buying anything, the only big issue on this item that it comes fully damaged inside and outside, so I did not buy the first so the customer service order me another one and now I am very disappointed in the second one was also fully damaged. This DreamLine careless of your money when the inflation is super high in the first place. Homepdepot should give this company call or get rid of the whole company all together ..

this product arrived at the store in a damaged box 2 times, before we finally had the 3rd delivery made to our home; after opening the box, it also was damaged. It seems this product has some quality issues. We have processed a refund and will find another product brand instead.
