I had an old two drawer filing cabinet that I wanted to throw away but it was too big for the trash bin. I just had the shell of the cabinet left to deal with and I thought it wouldn't be too hard to cut it in half with my Dremel and these disks. I was right, they did the trick nicely. The EZ Lock spindle worked great and held the disk in place without slipping, because if I tried to cut through the steel too quickly, the disk, and spindle, would come to a complete stop. Worked as advertised.

Broke 3 of them trying to cut a thinwall copper pipe. The chuck- if you can call it that- the part that is fastened into the dremel tool does not hold the discs very well. The discs themselves have a very weak, think piece of tin crimped in the middle, and they loosen up immediately when you sink into any material. These things are useless and worthless. Waste of my money. Do yourself a favor, and find a better way. These will waste your time.

I was cutting through super thin aluminum. And all of the blades separated from the mount almost immediately. Will not buy again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Forget everything you know about Dremel cutoff disks. This ain't those break-if-you-look-at-them little red disks that come by the dozen to up accessory count of a combo pack deal. This thing is legit; put it on a flex shaft, and its magic. It gets into places a pneumatic air grinder can't, and doesn't need the 200 gallon compressor to boot! Hardened steel 5/8" bolt on a dunnage cart was no match!

The strength these little blades pack surprised me. Easy to control at higher speeds, makes very precise cuts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quick changing cutoff disks save time and are a really nice feature. The cutting and grinding ability of these disks are excellent and made a difficult job much easier. I was able to cut new HO scale rail sections quickly and squarely. The flat side of the cutting disk allowed me to smooth up the underside and inside of the rails to ensure a flush fitting rail joiner connection without burrs.

I use the heck out of this, it is my go to cutter wheel! The only negative I have is I didn’t get it sooner!!! I use this on my cars new and old! I have a classic car that often needs things cut to fit, old rusted bolts to be removed and this kit has been a life saver in time and it’s Dremel quality! I have used it from metal to plastic and has worked flawlessly! I definitely recommended if you do any cutting with your Dremel you pick up this set! Comes with a variety different discs to choose from 8 in total, quick change chuck/attachment and a nice reusable box!

Quick and easy changing of comparable discs.

I purchased this to trim a plastic leveling wedge on a toilet I just set. The wedge is under the toilet lip against the tile floor, so hard to trim without damaging the floor. This tool was perfect! I also used it to cut a perfect square in drywall for some electrical. I love this Dremel accessory.

the ez lock hub breaks away from the wheel long before the wheel is worn down. the wheel can still be used with a standard mandrel, but this ez lock system is a waste of time and money.

Wanted to cut lag bolts that were to long and this product did an excellent job in cutting these bolts.

The ez lock took a second to figure out but after that it is a breeze . The cut off wheel works great .

These cut-off wheels work reasonably well, The quick-change arbor makes it very easy to swap a new one on in seconds. Just be mindful that stability can be an issue and the disks will wobble so cutting straight insures that the disk won’t bind in the material being cut.

I needed a small cut off wheel for getting into a tight spot and the kit was the tool for the job.

It’s a well designed attachment setup! Worked well.

Worked well for me to cut off some nuts on my car muffler in a tight space. Just be prepared to be patient as these wont remove a lot of material at a time.

No instructions on how to put it together but it’s not difficult
