I originally bought it just because it was dremel brand and I was on a mission to buy all the dremel products I could. I figured it would end up in my tool box and never used but once I realized how useful it was it got a preeminent spot on my tool bench. I probably use it more than my dremel. The plastic does wear out quicker than I'd like and I've had to reinforce parts or replace with stronger parts but as far as how versatile and useful the design of the product goes I love it

I used to use any old vice I could find within reach, but using this thing really made me realize how much I had been handicapping myself. Solid construction and versatility like you can't even imagine until you try it. I feel like my carving skills multiplied ten-fold after just an hour. Incredible!

I have been very pleased with this vise. And best of all, it's there when you need it, gone when you don't!

The Versatility of the Multi Vise is remarkable and has made working with it, a great addition to the Dremel line of products. The Multi Vise, is easy to use, attaching strongly to most tables, and many positions can be achieved to make projects easier and most importantly, safer to handle. In addition to the vise, can detach with ease, from the vise's base, to use separately for clamping. Thank you Dremel, for this Wonderful multi tool!

I have used it for holding parts to be cleaned, glued, shined, repaired, sanded, etc. The vice is very easy to use and can be adjusted to fit most any table, bench, bumper, etc. I have and will find many more uses for this product.
