Drip pan rusted and broke in middle. Lid is rusting. Corners are rusting. Grill is on covered patio next to house. I've never had a grill start to fall apart from rust so quick, and I've stored other grills exposed to elements.

    Bottom tray/drip pan
    Overall this is a great purchase. But the long drip pan/tray almost caught on fire from the grease. I’m been putting foil and cleaning this out every other time I grill.

      Very Poor Quality
      This grill is very poor quality. We store it under a covered lanai out of the elements, and it still corroded. Rust is visible on the "stainless" areas, and the bottom completely fell apart into the cabinet. The only benefit was that we purchased an extended warranty, but replacement parts (burners, heat tents) are unavailable. We received a partial refund from the extended warranty, but it was a real headache. I won't buy this brand again.

        Looking for a quality grill? Look elsewhere
        Assembling this has made me regret buying this. Absolute trash quality. Instructions are horrendous. The side shelves barely attach and half the screws cross thread. I don't know that they could hold a plate with food on it.

          Crap Grill! Rusts Quickly, No flame adjustment!
          I bought this grill in 7/23 and overall I am very unhappy and disappointed with it. Rusting issues. The so called "Matte Porcelain-coated Cast Iron" diamond grate which I use the most is rusting. One of the rear burner mounts rivets have rusted out so the burner has fallen. Yellow flame, There is no flame adjustment. Other grills I have owned have flame adjustment. I owned many gas grills of different brands and this is the worst one I have ever had. I Do Not Recommend Dyna-Glo Grills !!

              Not a good product
              I purchased the 5 burner Tri-vantage in August of 2022. I knew i was in trouble when the fake chrome on the knobs started peeling off after the 3rd use. By spring of 2023 the grates were 1/2 rusted off and the burners were plugged with rust from them. I just moved it (May 2024) and the entire bottom fell out on a pile of rust. We live in Wisconsin so no salt to blame for the short life, just poor quality. Stay away, cheap junk.

                Very Disappointed I ordered this BBQ online, the description and pictures painted a very impressive picture of the product. Sadly, the advertising did NOT live up to reality. The main flaw with this BBQ is its construction quality, I’ve never seen an item that deals with flame and fire built so poorly. Even the tack welds on the door handle failed before I finished putting everything together and the handle dropped to the floor. The second issue is how the BBQ is designed to handle grease dripping. It’s very apparent that grease will accumulate and start a fire at some point … the manufacture's design is a pitiful little cup under the bottom but that will not address the grease below the burners. Would I recommend the BBQ … NO … the construction quality is horrible and this item will only last one or two seasons before completely failing !

                The grill was almost impossible to put together. Many of the pieces were bent, flimsy, and missing items required for assembly. Home Depot was beyond rude regarding the return policy and wanted everything placed back in the box which would have never happened. Would never order this product, or a product from this line ever again.

                Absolute trash. Avoid!
                This thing is absolute trash. Started rusting within a year. By the time the rust was bad enough, it was outside of the warranty period. Now the bottom of the grill is gone and I need to replace it with a better quality grill. The cover was always on it, when not in use. If you want a grill that you will have to replace annually, this is the one! Weber, here I come!

                  Worst grill ever
                  Any meat that has any fat in it with go up in flames! Buy a fire extinguisher if you plan on buying this grill. Horrible!!!

                    Not Durable, Hard to get Parts
                    Grilling works fine but the durability is questionable. I purchased this in May, 2022 and during its' 2nd season the deflectors and grill pan rusted badly. Not unexpected after just under 2 seasons of use. I ordered deflectors and a drip pan in November, 2023 as necessary replacements. I recieved the deflectors pretty quickly but now it's April, 2024 and the drip pan is still on back order. Customer service does communicate with me but still can't deliver a critical part.
