Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that your experience with our product did not match your expectations. For best results, please review the steps below: 1. Check your wall to make sure it is drywall. E-Z Ancor Twist-N-Locks will not work in plaster or concrete walls. 2. Measure and mark your point. 3. Press the tip of the anchor on your mark, then press firmly with screwdriver and twist until flush. 4. For frames or mirrors with/ wire for hanging, insert the screw, twisting approx. 1/4" away from flush. For brackets, insert screw through your bracket and into the anchor, twisting until flush. Please feel free to call us at (800)222-6990 or email us at ezancor@itwbrands.com, so we can learn more about your experience.

Very disappointing toggle anchors.
Very disappointing. I've used these types of drywall fasteners before w/o any issues. Tried to use these to hang a towel bar in the main bathroom. Although the head of the anchor seemed to be responding correctly when I screwed in the retaining screw it did not tighten to end the piece that holds the bar. It left a 1/4 of an inch gap between the drywall and the fixture. I used a drill w/bit to push the toggle anchor to the inside of the drywall and went with a molly bolt. It worked as it should!

These are the best anchors I have used so far. The strength of a toggle bolt with the ease of a plastic drywall anchor.

Please save your money, get something else
I thought the demonstration video was enough to convince me to buy this over other products.I have never been fooled so hard in my life,it hurts.Absolutely SCAM.The tolerance on these are utter garbage. Some screws threaded into the mechanism just fine, others I had to force in. Speaking of which, don't force them because all that ends up in is you pushing them all the way through your drywall, leaving a gaping hole and a chunk of metal inside your wall that you'll never recover. Save your money

These were perfect for small bathroom shelf that other anchors could not hold firm against the wall.

Easy to install, just be careful and don’t over screw so i dont recommend using a drill but if you do go super slow and hand tighten with a screwdriver

This did the trick! Towel bar ripped out of the wall, it was held in by a sheetrock bolt that had wide threads, but no toggle on the back--mistake! This one fit in the existing hole and worked like a charm! Best anchor of this type I've used so far.

Used 8 out of 10 for a 6-bolt shelf. Two of the anchors broke in the wall. When extracted, they were mangled.

Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not match your expectations. For best results we recommend follow this three step process: 1)Using #2 Phillips screwdriver press anchor tip slightly into drywall. Applying pressure, turn anchor until flush with drywall and arrows on head of anchor point up and down. Do not overtighten. 2) Push screw through item to be hung and halfway into anchor to engage toggle bar. Item thickness 3/4" or less with screw provided. 3)Tighten screw flush and continue turning. Screw stops when toggle bar secures against wall. Here is also a video to show the process for best results: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eYN4VeeM0JI

Had a towel rack that kept breaking traditional anchors. Picked these up and so far the rack has remained solid. Easy to install and I have no complaints. If these had to be removed, I'd assume your have to drill the center to break the lock bar before you could remove the anchor housing.

      Worthless
Bought this after HD employee recommended it, Should have looked closely at the reviews. Screwed in 2 anchors. Then tried to attach fixture. While putting the screw on, slowly as the instructions suggested, Nothing. screw just went it loose, Took fixture out and put screw in to see what was going on and the entire anchor plus screw fell behind drywall. Have one anchor on the wall Hope HD takes the item back, will try and see

I liked that these are all metal, and no drill, or drill bit needed. But, when I tested three of these before I put them in the wall, I ran into two issues. First, the pop out T part, was pretty hard to pop out. It needed enough force, that I worried it might damage the wall. But maybe it would have been fine. Still, no reason that it needs to hold that part in with so much force. Second, I couldn't get the screws to screw into the T bar. I tried three different included screws, and threw different anchors, and I couldn't get them screwed in. I know I was doing it right, since the T bar is designed to only pop out one way, and only one place for the screw to go in. If this had been in a wall, the anchor would have just spun around in the wall. And because the outside edge of the anchor is threaded, it would have just made the hole bigger, and I would have to do dry wall repair.
