Shipped quickly. Easy to assemble. Started easily and quickly. Runs very smooth. Cuts very well. The handle makes for easier handling. I would say the only downside is that it is heavy and can be difficult to lift when fully extended.

Excellent reach cuts like a hot knife

It works very good. Can reach limbs 12 to 13 ft up. Should have bought one years ago. Echo power equipment is rock solid!

The saw is well-made, very durable, and powerful. I wanted the best I could buy with my money, and this was it. Replacement chains are reasonable. It starts up every time with no problems. We have been using the heck out of it cleaning up after the latest ice storm. The one thing to be aware of is it will work you out. That is to be expected since it is so long and so sturdy. If you are going to use it a lot at one time, you will need a strong upper body. I highly recommend this product.

Great product. Heavy duty. YES its heavy! I would suggest you find one at a dealer somewhere and actually pick it up and carry it around for a few minutes to see how heavy and cumbersome it really is. This is NOT a chainsaw! It is a weed trimmer motor attached to a telescoping pole with a small chainsaw attachment on the end. With that being said, it does an excellent job of cutting small to medium limbs. It starts easily and runs great. Just get the engine revs up and let the saw do its job. I am always impressed with the quality and durability of Echo products and this one is no different.

This is the second one. The first one did not work. This one is missing hardware. The box looked like it was a store return. I expect better out of Echo and Home Depot.

Chain keeps slipping off no matter how many times it gets tightened. Very heavy unit. Don’t recommend for big jobs due to weight.

Good power easy to use

Easy to assemble, worked well for what I needed. But the first pole saw that I used was a Stihl which I loved. When I used this, I noticed it was way less balanced, and the controls are in an akward position if you’re trying to hold it from a more central location when fully extended. Other than that poor design flaw, it’s not bad. But if you’re going to spend this kind of $, I’d go with the Stihl - much better piece of equipment for maybe $75 more.

This is a great pole saw. I used the saw on a job this past week and it did great. I also used it at my house for a few branches and had no issues. I would recommend it for residential use or commercial use.

I added this to my Echo collection recently and have used it to cut MANY limbs and trees down, my trunks on my trees need a 41" bar to cut up so my branches are at least 6 inches and sometimes slightly too big for this pole saw but we make it work. It is heavy, however by the time I say I need to take a 10 minute break, I have so many limbs on the ground that it takes an hour or 2 to pick all of it up so we just stop for the day at that point. Solid product starts on the 2nd pull every time from a cold start. and 1st pull afterwards.

This saw is solid; heavy duty and plenty of power. It’s heavy, but runs well. Read the manual before start up; walked to back of property and didn’t have the Allen wrench to set the shaft properly.

Very handy for low trims and to reach out extra far out of bucket.
