3 products, 3 tracking numbers. 2 tracking numbers were reversed. The box with the chain saw ha...
3 products, 3 tracking numbers. 2 tracking numbers were reversed. The box with the chain saw had the blade cove tracking number, and the the box with the blade cover had the chain saw tracking number. fedex delivered the blade cover and the extra chain on time. I called your customer service and they looked at the weight of the packages and determined the difference in weight to determined the shipping numbers were not correctly applied to the boxes. The saw was delivered a day later. Your products are all OK. Thanks for your best service. All else is as good as can be. Thanks, Terse

I thought since it was the Echo brand that the scabbard would lock in place in the Echo case. Wrong. Don't buy it if that is what you think it will do.
