This may be on the small size for some. There are three of us and we change the trash bag about every two days. I really wanted a split design with the recycling side being smaller. I love that this trashcan is 2/3… 1/3. We eat a lot of fish in our house… And the smaller size can is nice because we’re changing it out and keeping the house smelling fresh. We found 8 gallon trash bags online and they are the perfect size for the can. Both recycling can and trash cans lift out and the lids have a locking feature so that if you’re working and need to have the lid open you can lock it in place. We’ve had the trash can for about a month now and just love it!

This trash can matches my appliances perfectly. The metal is high quality and sturdy with a thick feel. While it isn't terribly heavy, it isn't flimsy in any way, shape, or form. The soft close doors are very nice to prevent slamming. While it is slightly shorter than I was expecting, it is perfect for the smaller space I need it for. The separate recycling side allows for easy sorting. Overall, I highly recommend this dual trash can to anyone looking to add to the appeal of their room while having the functionality of two separate receptacles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't think I would be so happy about a garbage bin, but this actually proved to be an excellent addition to our kitchen. Much better than our smaller one, and so convenient with the 15L recycle bin. It helps my 10 yo son with his daily garbage chores. He has no issue with removing or adding the bag. He is actually excited about it too. Both bin sizes are perfect for our family of 6. The recycle bin could be bigger but on the other side, I wouldn't want the whole unit to be bigger, so very happy with it really. It is fingerprint resistant, but you will still find fingerprints here and there, which are very easy to wipe off. We all love the automatic soft closing system, very convenient and quiet. You can block the lid to stay open if needed, which is very handy when cooking or at the end of meal time. Overall very happy with this product. I think it will last us for a long time.

It’s a great dual trash can. It is a bit smaller/shorter than expected but that is my fault for not measuring and reading that closely. Otherwise it’s great!

Stupid small. Maybe for a dorm but not for a home. Fits maybe 8-10 cans in recycle side super lame

Dimensions listed online were wrong for the length- it is actually 24", so it didn't work, but was good other wise

Disappointed that the expensive trash bags I purchased only fit the recycle side. Even with that, the can is beautiful and because the lid closes tight, my Small dog won’t be able to get in the trash.

Fits the spot exactly - for a small household, it’s smallish dimensions are perfect. I use larger bin for recyclables - and small bin for trash. Works great!

Not tall enough. Picture is deceiving

The stainless steel is good and size was good for my laundry area although the lids hit wall and don’t have the safety that I expected which makes me have to keep the bin farther from the wall taking up more space.

It's a trash can and recycling receptacle in one unit, and while that concept is attractive, the down side of this unit is that both sections are simply too small. It looks good, as trash receptacles go, and appears to be well made, of materials that appear to be durable and easy to clean. However, if you place one or two items in the recycling side (the smaller of the two), it's time to take out the recycling, because it's full. The trash side is only a bit larger. I returned this item and purchased 2 separate metal cans.

I love the size and utility of this can and recycling bin also that it shuts with no openings. I had to put it right next to our fridge and it’s a narrow area so whenever the can is up against the fridge and I open the can it bangs the lid and the lid has small dents in it. That’s the only complaint I have but that is partially due to where I have to put it. If it was an inch or more away from the fridge the dents would not happen when I open the lid. Overall I like it.

Perfect size for our family. We use the large bin for recycling and the small bin for trash. Soft-close works great on both. Only thing is I wish was that the large bin had a bucket handle similar to the small bin. Extremely happy with this recycle / trash can!
