This sealer exceeded my expectations. Puts a nice wet look to the acid washed concrete and looks really good. Easy to apply (I used a roller). Dried fairly quickly and water beads off but it isn't slippery. Will definitely reseal in a couple years with this sealer again.

It works well but you need to have a good starting surface
I found that areas of my project needed better preparation as this was an older concrete slab I was working on.

Very easy to use, just try a sample area first....
Very easy to use, just try a sample area first. Came out darker than the picture and with some green. In all i was ok with the color. To late if i wasn’t happy with like my wife was. Always seal the concrete to avoid black staining and mold and mildew. All in all i would recommend there product.

Pretty happy with this product
Product was easy to use, instructions were good. Acid stain always produces somewhat unpredictable results. I didn't give a 5 rating because the actual color was much darker than shown, even though I diluted it 30%.

The color turned out darker than I expected, and it did take a LOT more time, effort, and water to neutralize, rinse and remove the residue. But in the end we are very pleased.

Came in alot lighter than expected after the cement was thoroughly cleaned, so expect a lighter color pallet when purchasing this specific color.
