I had incandescent bulbs that came with the light and they were a harsh white. I got the warm white and I love them. They light up my island perfectly and look wonderfully vintage. No one thinks they are LED. This pic doesn't show the filament but it is distinctive when you see them.

Had these put in our bathroom. Changed up the lights a bit. All we did was paint our fixture added some mason jars and these lights.

If you are looking for the Old Fashion Edison Bulb look without the Amber/Super Warm glow... this is the way to go. It gives the Edison look with a brighter soft white glow!

I started out buying the Daylight Bulb from Ecosmart, but they were just TOO bright for the look I was hoping to achieve, so I exchanged them for the Soft White, and they're perfect. My picture was taken at night on a dimmer setting and don't do the bulbs justice.

If you are looking for some vintage or retro bulbs that simulate the old-style Edison bulbs, then this is it. These bulbs have the ST19 (Straight Tube) glass shape, but still use the standard-base. I recently installed a new bathroom light fixture. The clear glass shades were perfect for the Edison bulbs. I obtained incandescent bulbs and used them. 40W. They were very yellow and not very bright especially for a bathroom. So I got a pair of these to try. At 300 Lumens, they give plenty of light when used in pairs or more. The light, while 2700K (warm white like the incandescent), seemed brighter than the Edison bulbs. And you save energy with LED.

Awesomesauce LED Edison bulbs! The incandescent versions are pretty great to begin with. But an LED version?! I still can’t wrap my head around how they were able to make glowing LED filaments! Look at the photo below! Magic and sorcery I tell ya! In any case these light bulbs are awesome - the color is perfect and the Edison-type bulbs are a classic design that’s never gonna go out of style.

These are great Light bulbs,Aside from giving that "old Time" look Being LED they are cost efficient to operate, dimmable and a very bright white light..,It says it produces the same light as a 40 watt bulb, but they seem much brighter than that. I immediately put one on my desk because the bright white light makes writing and typing easier. The price is also a good deal considering you will probably won't have to change it for 20 or more years, Definitely a good bulb that will last a long time P.S. the lamp in the picture below was built completely with parts from the plumbing and electrical dept's at Home Depot

The EcoSmart 40-Watt Equivalent ST19 Dimmable Clear Filament LED Light Bulb, Soft White (2-Pack) is great for setting the right mood. I'm not into jumping onboard with the latest fads so I brushed off the idea of buying the Edison style bulbs. I have a library bar in my house that is decorated in an early 20th century style. One day I looked at the lamps and it hit me... they really need those Edison bulbs. I got these EcoSmart bulbs and instantly the whole look of the room changed. I got that old-timey feel I was looking for while at the same time getting the durability and energy savings of modern LEDs.

We received a pack of 40 Watt Dimmable Clear LED Light Bulbs that contained to elliptical LED Bulbs. The glass is clear and you can see several strings of yellowish LED's inside the bulb. We decided to place the LED Bulb on the Fixture over the table replacing a bright white LED Bulb to give a softer look while eating. We were pleasantly surprised at the warmness of the bulb and the light provided over the table. We saw no shadows and despite the 40 watts in lieu of 60 watts (previously Bulb,) we were more than happy with the brightness. The dimmable feature worked great. We placed the second bulb in the Den lamp and again the 40 Watt Bulb gave a warm, cozy feeling when it was lit.

This is a great LED bulb, and there are a few reasons why. The light is soft white, which I used to replace a more authentic old looking light color of an orange light. It was very annoying because it always looked dark. This is soft white, yes. But it is the equivalent of 40 watts, so it isn't overwhelming. Plus, it has the authentic looking bulb. And the best parts? 1) It only uses 3.2 watts of electricity AND 2) it doesn't shown any of the electronic base type stuff you see with other LED bulbs - normally they have a large white base...not the case with this. I like the look of an authentic type older looking bulb, but wanted LED, and soft white. This has it all!

I made a lamp for my desk and I made it in mind to give it a vintage look. And of course you have to get the vintage look lights so I did but when these light bulbs came out I just had to get them. These bulbs not only are they bright but they are Eco Friendly. I also like that since they are LED's they do not get extremely hot. Overall they do have a great presentation and they maintain the vintage look. Dimmable is the best thing I like about these light bulbs.

Vintage looks with LED power saver it use only 3.5 WATS AND IT IS A GLASS NOT PLASTIC! I ordered one box of two to check out the bulbs. Originally fixture comes with vintage Incandescent light bulbs from another company which gave off amber light which was not bright enough for a bathroom. I was interested in these bulbs because they were clear with a high Kelvin light and looks like Edison vintage bulb with brighter and whiter light. When the package arrived, the bulbs were packaged securely in the box and in the hard plastic that is shaped like bulbs. Nothing was broken because of good packaging. I installed the lights in my fixture and fell in love with them immediately because of color of the light. I get the old style bulb that I wanted with the light that I needed in the open fixture. I liked this product so much; I’m going to buy 16 more bulbs the days to come for additional bathrooms in my house. Wary pleased with this product. And did I mention is dimmable.

This is a big beautiful bulb that's perfect for a larger fixture. Especially if your fixture requires multiple bulbs, going LED is a great way to keep your power meter from not spinning off its axis just because some nice lights are on in the house. Although I don't know when you'd want to use multiple of these in one fixture, due to their size. This is more for a larger single-bulb lantern, whether pole or wall-mount. Even at 40W, it's quite brilliant, casting much more light than the smaller frosted-white LED bulb it replaced as my porch light, and at only half the wattage. Also note that although the filaments look yellow and make you think about those orange-glow bulbs that look like flickering candles, this is neither flickering nor yellow—it's brilliant steady white, enough so that at night you're not going to be looking straight at it admiring the filaments :-). Since it's fully dimmable, you could turn down the power for a warmer glow. But if you need a big high-output bulb with LED-efficiency and a projected cost of only $1.56/year to run 12 hours a day, this is your bulb.

These bulbs look great! Our pendants have clear globes, and the classic clear glass bulb make these great for our decorative pendants. When the lights are off, the internal design is visible and attractive. We run them at one percent brightness, so we have a pleasing decorative light. The fact that we can run them at one percent says a lot about how well these bulbs are made—they will go down to one percent! WOW! That said, these bulbs really do need to be on a dimming switch, and they dim really well. When these are running full brightness…wow! They provide a ton of light!!! I was surprised they say they’re only 300 lumens, since they seem so much brighter than that. These bulbs are suitable for enclosed fixtures and for damp locations, which tells a lot about how well they have been built. They use 3.2 watts each when running full brightness, and the color temperature is a warm 2700K, the same warm yellow light that incandescent bulbs emit. I expect these bulbs to genuinely last forever for us, since we run them at their lowest brightness. They do not generate any noticeable heat at one percent, and I can’t imagine the electricity usage at that level is even measurable. These are great looking, incredibly efficient bulbs that are well made.

Nice vintage look bulb with the performance and efficiency of LED. I love the look of the old classic / vintage bulbs and this bulb doesn't disappoint. It has a nice soft white warm glow (2700K). Bulb uses only 3.2 Watts yet has the equivalent light output of a 40 watt incandescent bulb. Bulb is dimmable and stays cool to the touch. Great for open light fixtures for a classic / vintage look and glow.

40-Watt Equivalent ST19 Dimmable Clear Filament LED Light Bulb, Soft White (2-Pack) We installed two new pole mounted outdoor lights, that have semi transparent glass, so the inside bulb shows. The fixtures are rectangular, and I chose these taller bulbs to achieve a more center balanced placement. My husband was happy to use up our ugly fluorescent curly light bulbs, which did nothing for the new outdoor fixtures or the light they gave off. As soon as these bulbs arrived we switched them, and he also could see the great improvement they made. Though only a 40 watt equivalent, they produce an impressive amount of soft white light, at an unbelievable cost of only 39 cents a YEAR!

I'm very happy that someone has come up with a great looking old-style bulb that looks good when exposed in a fixture and it's LED which saves energy. It states that the bulb lasts 13 years or 15,000 hours, with a life that long these bulbs may end up in my will as they may outlast me! It is also an advantage that they are dimmable, this lets you set the light at different levels depending on your needs.

I love it when technology pays off as it does with these bulbs! They are LED, they last 13 years(15,000 hours), and they are dimmable. The soft white light is very nice for lighting the room and the fact that it can be dimmed lets you set the mood for different occasions. It's an attractive design, they call it Classic Glass Bulb but I call it the Edison bulb look. Whatever you call it it looks great in a fixture that exposes the bulb.

The bulb lasted 2 months in a bathroom vanity fixture. Now one of the 4 installed us flickering like a strobe light. typical for ecosmart it seems. now there aren't any replacements available in any local HD stores so I have to change all 4 to something else. LED is supposed to last longer. these are designed to fail it seems. way too costly for this kind of failure rate.

Bought for a low-use, guest bathroom in a brand new fixture installed by a journeyman electrician. One started flickering over the holidays, surprising for six dollars a bulb. I won't buy EcoSmart again -- have also had issues with their typical A19 LEDs.

I used these in my hanging porch light. Both bulbs started to flicker and had to be returned. Light output was great though, it's just too bad that the flickering started and can't be fixed.
