Electrolux Washer
Am very happy with this washer as I never knew that Electrolux made washers, only thought it was vacuums only. Would get this again if needed and would recommend this product to anyone.

The new washer is great - but even better is the Electrolux dryer we bought 22 years ago is still going strong - only 1 service call in all that time and that was because we had never cleaned the exhaust vents!

Huge upgrade in capacity!
This machine has twice the capacity of the Miele I replaced, plus lots of bells and whistles I still haven't explored. I hope it lasts 16 years like the Miele did!

Front load
New Electrolux washer in December. Wanted to have the steam option and this brand had the better reviews. The wash cycles are shorter than my old Kenmore washer. Works wonderfully so far.

Did not work on day one
Had this set delivered and installer ran it through a quick wash, everything seemed good. When trying to do first load it would not fill with water and seems like pump is making bad noises. Then washed some clothes by hand and dryer is so loud you cannot leave doors open to laundry room and smelt natural gas from back. Have to wait until Monday to continue the request to replace dryer they already agreed to replace washer. Will update if resolved.

Exceptional Quality
I feel that this washer is not only stylish, but well made and sturdy. The delivery guys said that they don't get calls to return the Electrolux machines because they are so well made. I love the multiple washing feature. I have not had a chance to use them all but I look forward to using them all. It is certainly not your run of the mill washer. It is heavy/sturdy not pushed around easily like some other washers.

Love my new washer.
I love the 15 minute wash cycle, love the different spin speeds. I love that is quiet. I'm so glad I went back to a front loader.
4 years ago I bought a brand new top loader and it broke down all the time. I was tired of sinking money into it and the last time it broke I refused to put any more money into it and bought me my new washer. Best purchase ever!!!

Wonderful Washer
When I moved, the movers were successful in warping my tub, which caused a constant problem in the spin cycle. This gave me the opportunity to get a front load washer. This was the only one with a pods option. That was great and made my decision very easy.

Problem from the start…
We ordered the washer and dryer stackable set. Only allows 500 characters so can’t leave detailed review. I have spent HOURS on the phone with Electrolux and service companies attempting to have the washer repaired (the door has been unable to latch properly since delivery). It has been a terrible experience and I will never purchase Electrolux appliances again. The customer service from them has been painful, washer still broken. Dryer was damaged and replaced on delivery too. Just awful.

Efficient, Effortless, Clean!
My old Electrolux of 7 years finally died on me… 3 shocks broke, and the electrical panel died. I needed another one and fast. The model I purchased is truly remarkable. My clothing, towels, and blankets have never felt cleaner. I’m an Electrolux fan for life.

Garbage
Everything that could break on this washer and its matching dryer has. We hate it. The dispensers don’t dispense. We’ve had multiple repairs. We have no choice but to use pods. And we have to run clean cycles about every 5 loads. It stops 1/10 loads, failing to finish. The dryer is no better.

So far it works great, user friendly. The only issue is ine I did read in reviews before I bought it is smaller articles of clothing can get caught in the door seal while washing.
